cheese is better than candy in my opinion

I am very into cheese. I love shredded Romano and Parmesan (fresh from an Italian market). I also love fresh mozzarella and smoked Gouda. I also love crumbled Gorgonzola in a salad. Feta is also very tasty....I could go on and on.

Wow, I adore cheese and it is so hard to choose but my fav all time has to be St. Andre. It is a French cheese that is a sort of cross between brie, Camembert and other soft ripened cheeses. It is the King. I love the French cheese the best, probably because my hubby is French but the Swiss make fine cheese.....
Oh Saga Blue - a cross between blue cheese and camembert - oh so good with walnuts and port. My dog loves Saga blue and my husband and I and the dog all fight over it.
But I really like Wensleydale and Stilton too. The English cheeses are great and so is Vermont Cheddar - the best.
I am not very fond of Goat cheese but if you mash it up and put some Frangelico or Amaretto liqueur in it and then roll it in some toasted hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds: I am right in there with the crackers.
On my birthday we always have a cheese fondue and also on Christmas eve.
Oh, oh, and I really like the stinky cheese too. I mean I am the only one I know that actually like Limburger cheese.
I make cheese too but unfortunately you cannot really get the right sort of milk where I live and I live in a semi-tropical climate now so cheese making is fairly restricted but......I do have dreams of owning a cheese farm in France some day.
Love Munster cheese too the Dutch cheese are grand and Italian cheeses.

I love smoked anything really
but for melting in pasta I love romano
and an aged parm
but I do also like herbed goat

the other day my dad bought a horseradish white cheddar cheese..i'm not a big fan of horseradish but it was some good cheese! in fact probably the best cheese i've ever tatsed.

Oh, how I love CHEESE! but not the American processed stuff, I can't stand the texture. Eww, and add flavoring,ugh!
But I would say it was a toss-up between Colby-Monterrey jack, and provolone.
