I used to buy a "natural" kind of PB from Whole Foods Market, which had to be refrigerated because the only things in it were peanuts and salt. But lately I've been not caring about all the preservatives and stuff and just buying the other kind (Jif) despite its ingredients... sugar, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium whateveranate.. etc...
and the nice little label that reads "40% PEANUTS"

How bad is this stuff for me really? Is it bad that I eat around 4 tablespoons a day?

I have 3 pumpkins. 2 that I grew in my garden and one that my son got from a farm on a school field trip. Not sure what kind of pumpkins they are but I was wondering if I can make a pie out of the 3 that I have. The ones that I grew are called Jack O' Lantern pumpkin seeds that I got from walmart. Does anyone have a idea if I can make a pie or not? If so please let me know cause I want to make a homemade one...Thanks
