we have eggo waffles or other frozen breakfast foods, like frozen french toast sticks that can be toasted...we rarely have fresh pancakes unless someone wants to do a lot of dishes, lol

sometimes we just have cereal, either special k or corn pops, or coco puffs with white or chocolate milk

sometimes we will have pop tarts which are toaster pastries with a sweet filling, usually fruit or chocolate filling.

sometimes we go healthy and eat fresh fruit like apple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, strawberries, black berries or raspberrys with yogurt for breakfast

or we might go out for breakfast and have fried sunny side up eggs, toast, hash browns, toast with jam or butter and sausage and or bacon, with orange juice.

for lunch, we usually have turkey or chicken deli sliced meat with tortilla bread or pita bread, or even regular sliced bread. i personally like crusty italian bread with soy mayonnaise, with sliced white onions and romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce and slices of avocado...yummm-O

we also snack on stringable mozzerella cheese, baby carrots, and sliced cucumbers.

in my boyfriends lunch, i'll pack him some oatmeal cookies or chocolate chip cookies, and a dairy milk chocolate bar, or a chocolate covered granola bar

in the winter, since it is cold, i like to have some homemade soup, or canned soup, either chicken noodle, or some beef stew. my favourite lunch soup and sandwich meal is from TIM HORTONS in Canada, its really a donut shop that sells a bunch of other food items. order the ham and swiss or the turkey and bacon sandwich with a chicken noodle soup.

where i used to work, there used to be a lunch truck that drove by the company parking lot selling lunch items...usually id get a lebanese shawarma for lunch, which is basically, lemon/garlic sauce, with tahini sauce, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, hot yellow peppers, roasted chicken or beef meat all wrapped in a warm and toasted pita bread.

for dinner, we usually have simple items, like kraft dinner macaroni and cheese, basically macaroni and a cheese powder packet in a box...or we have hot dogs on buns, or pasta sauce with ground beef, onions and mushroom with spaghetti, or we will have sidekicks (rice or pasta), or sometimes steak when it is on sale, or grilled chicken breasts.

sometimes we just oven cook premade frozen chicken strips or nuggets and some french fries. or we use the deep fryer to cook them.

when we go out to eat, we might have spaghetti and meatballs, or just steak and baked potato....or mashed potatoes and gravy ....or even meatloaf.

or even rack of lamb when we go out...yummm delish.

also i like to have sushi and sashimi and te rest of the delicious japanese foods that are offered in our city.

for dessert, we usually have apple crisp, or apple pie with vanilla ice cream...
in our freezer we have italian panna cotta which is dark chocolate flavour with raspberry compote...

we also eat a lot of crispy crunch chocolate bar ice cream and also heavenly hash ice cream, which has almonds, chocolate chunks and marshmallow in it.

Potatoes. Steak is too expensive to eat all of the time and
it's good to cut down on red meat. Chicken (not fried).
Salmon (at least once a week). I think people here consume more butter but I might be wrong. I like pasta and rice (sometimes). Brown beans - no. Tomato, carrots, lettuce - yes. Ranch dressing - yes. Iced tea - yes. Coffee - yes.
