I just tried kashi go lean crunch, but I don't really like it, so when I am finished with this box, I would like to try something new.

shredded wheat, grape nuts, old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)

you can also add fiber to your diet with products like metamucil--get the plain flavor and add it to your cereal, smoothies, soups, anything with lots of liquid in it.

Kellogg's Cracklin' oat bran...it's the best tasting oat-based cereal around. the square oat chunks taste like bits of granola rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon. The crunchy cereal tastes great in milk but even better dry. take it easy

Oat meal or oat bran cereal Has to be cooked and served hot (warm). You can add fresh fruit or raisins, too.
Have a great day!

Raisin bran is pretty good; Grape nuts ( heated; add sugar or some kind of sweetener; honey ) granola types ( i think ) you might try hot cereals like oatmeal; sweetened, with raisins, whatever you like. made with milk tastes better than water. or if you don't have milk, use water and add half-and-half.
