i have a 3lbs pot roast, i was gonna do it in the slow cooker but its kinda chilly so im debating weather i should just do it in the oven.
ive never done it either way before. so i need some advice, how long would it take in the oven? the slowcooker? what temp should i cook it at? when should i add the veggies..potatoes, carrots, onion, celery?
