3/4 lb Pork butt, cubed

14 oz Can pineapple chunks
1 x Green pepper, sliced

2 x Tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Chicken stock
2 tbl Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Cornstarch

Combine flour and spices. Coat pork. In a large frying pan, saute pork in oil until no longer pink, 4-5 minutes. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Add pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes to pork. Stir in chicken broth, honey and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup pineapple juice; add, stirring constantly. Serve with rice.

448 gm pork fillet
4 tsp seasoned cornflour
4 tbl corn oil
1 clv garlic crushed
1 med sized greenpepper deseeded andchopped
224 gm pineapple chunks drained (reserve juice)
3 x mushrooms sliced
2 x ripe tomatoes quartered
250 ml chicken stock
2 tbl honey
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbl cornflour
2 tbl pineapple juice

1. Cut pork into cubes and toss in seasoned cornflour.
2. Heat oil and fry garlic. Add pork and fry until brown on all sides.
3. Lower heat add pepper and cook over gentle heat until meat is tender (approx. 10 minutes).
4. Add pineapple mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes. Make Sauce
5. Mix together chicken stock honey and soy sauce.
6. Blend cornflour with pineapple juice and add to the mixture.
7. Place in saucepan bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes stirring all the time.
8. Add the cooked vegetables and meat to the sauce and heat through.
9. Serve with rice and fresh green vegetables.
