What kind of chopped meat?
If you have chopped steak, I would make a stir fry with it. Boil some rice (takes 20 minutes, or you can use instant). In a wok or a large fry pan, put some (a couple of table spoons) light oil, preferably a wok oil or peanut oil. Once it is really hot (but not burning), toss in your chopped meat (or chicken etc..) with vegetables. You could use canned baby corn, canned waterchestnuts, fresh broccoli, fresh onion, etc... Add a little bit of soy sauce or a little bit of Chinese Five Spice. Keep tossing the mixture in the pan. Once cooked, serve over rice. Voila- fast easy chopped meat meal.

My favorite is to take the chopped meat, mix it with garlic and Old Bay Spice, then make meatballs out of it. When the meatballs are done, pour off the grease, then use a can of anykind of condensed soup you want (do not delute) pour it around the meatballs and let simmer until you want to eat. This is very good over rice or potatoes. .

Sautee chopped garlic and shredded ginger in vegetable oil. Add chopped meat, salt and pepper and stir fry until the meat is almost cooked. Add 1/2 cup of chopped water chestnuts, 1/2 cup of chopped carrots and 1/2 cup of frozen green peas. Toss in 1 package ( 1 lb) of cooked noodles (spaghetti, linguini, asian noodles, etc.) ... 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chili paste or crushed red pepper. Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped scallions and pass around the chopsticks.

Spaghetti!!
Make your noodles separate, brew up the sauce, brown the meat then add the meat into the sauce. It is actually spaghetti with meat sauce. Serve the noodles then pour the sauce over the noodles. Works out real well and with one pound of meat and one jar of sauce it feeds at least 6.

throw it into a wok with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. pour in some soy sauce and vinegar(not too much!-for taste)
add salt and pepper. dont forget the oil.
let the meat cook first in the sauces, before adding the veggies.
this would be nice with a slice of bread or rice

Chili or soups are the best! You can make a big pot of either, then freeze 2 or more servings & microwave them when you want some more & it's almost as good as fresh!

Chili or beef stroganoff. My children love Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Maccaroni. I think it is rather good myself.
