It's all tie to the whole healthy food stuff... One of the reason why people tend to move toward the healthy food trend now is because of this. Your body was designed to absorb real natural food, not artificial ones that been processed from the lab. Animals somehow understand that concept, they only attract to things that are actual food from nature and not lab ingredients. Same thing with butter and margarine, they'll be all over butter but not margarine because margarine is supposedly plastic, or so I heard. So just because our taste buds can't tell the difference, animals somehow can tell.

Because they instinctively know that it is not sugar, and is poisonous to your system. If you use Splenda, please google in the words, "Splenda vs sugar" and read.

Didn't you see the advert? They can't decide whether it's sugar or not. Eventually they kill eachother in a bloodthirsty ritual of pain and death rather than keep arguing.
