two days at tops,but if the pastas in with it it will soak up a lot of the sauce and make it very dry-the best thing to do if its just sauce is to freeze it and then you can use it up to a month after you made it-sounds yummy anyway!

if you've cooked it yourself from scratch,it will keep for 2 days,i've seen myself munching it on the 3rd but to be on the safe side,2 days.

i wouldnt keep it for longer than 24 hours because of the cream.
