I don't know what I want to eat for lunch. I'm open to some suggestions and wouldn't mind to try something new. Oh and it has to be something that I can make within my 45 minute luch.

I have heard it pronounced "Tor-tay" and "Tort".

Is it a cultural thing or is one pronunciation correct?

Thank you for all of your thoughts and opinions, I wasn't sure which catagory...This seemed the most appropriate.

I am looking for something traditional but easy to put together. Ingredients should be available at the local grocers. However, any suggestions are welcome. Many thanks!

Budweiser is the worst beer on Earth. Have these folks never had a real beer? Explain this insanity to me. I drink beers like Newcastle, Arrogant Bastard, Guiness, Blue Moon, Oatmeal Stouts. These beers have so much depth and complexity, hell, drink Miller High LIfe before Bud. Am I a beer bigot?

I just got a new set of stainless steel pots and pans. Are there certain dishes that should NOT be cooked in them? Any secrets that anyone wants to share about using this new cookware? I've always had non stick pans. I already learned that you need to cook at a lower cooking temperature than nonstick or cast iron. Those pans get REALLY HOT!! Thanks in advance for anyone's help!!

Is there anyone who has a good recipe for Kitfo? I go to an Ethiopian restaurant in Chicago, and they have a dish called Kitfo Na Gomen which is Kitfo, served raw, mixed with gomen and the ethiopian cottage cheese. I LOVE this dish, but I live a little too far to go there often enough. Is there any way I can make this at home? I would prefer to have a recipe for Kitfo na Gomen, if anyone knows how to make this.
