If you will buy a box of Sure-Jell at the grocery, there will be a chart enclosed that gives the recipes for store bought juice. I've made many, many quarts of jams and jellies using grape, apple, and pineapple juice. I've also made blueberry and strawberry jams this way.

check the canning section at your local walmart your local store its a book called the ball blue book best canning book ever. I also believe that the sure gel box includes those recipes.
