when you buy the drink, does it clean your system out for good.. or only for a certain number of hours?

If you are talking about using it to cleanse your system of illegal drugs don't count on it! I market and sell drug test kits for a living and they are VERY HARD TO BEAT. If there is any hint or suspicion on illegal drug use the specimen can always be sent out to a lab for SECOND and in-depth sophisticated gas chromatography mass-spectrophotometer analysis of the urine specimen.

Omni works for about 6-8 hrs. After that I wouldn't push it. I've used Omni before like7-8 yrs ago and then switched to puriclean. But Omni works.

System cleansers do not clean out your system for good; they only cleanse/mask you for a short period of time (24 hours or less depending on the product). I would make sure that the brand you use offers a money back guarantee if it doesn't work.

i haven´t tried the omni clean detox, but i can recommend u another that i have tried.
