I don't know what I want to eat for lunch. I'm open to some suggestions and wouldn't mind to try something new. Oh and it has to be something that I can make within my 45 minute luch.

try a vegetable sandwich. 6" (or whatever) piece of french bread, slice to make a bun. spread with cream cheese, add lettus (unless there's a lettus scare by now), fresh tomato slices, bell pepper slices, fresh cucumber, or your favorite veggies. You can change the sandwich to a quick pizza by using pasta sauce instead of cream cheese, use shredded cheese, sliced pepperoni, and mushrooms. wrap in paper towel and warm in microwave if you want it warm. Left overs from the night before works ok. and baked beans are good from the can. peanut butter and dill pickle make some turn up their nose, but it's actually good, or use tomato instead of pickles. got to go get supper. we're having potato soup with extra vegetables in it. enjoy your lunch whatever you have.

Pasta Primivera:

boil some fusili pasta, and toss with olive oil and sauteed veggies, like carrots, broccoli and red peppers! Add some garlic to the veggies if you like it, then put on salt and pepper to taste!

Voila!
Enjoy!
