I am looking for some place for a honeymoon that is in the mid-west area. Like Indiana or the surrounding areas. I would really like some places in Indiana. If you could give me websites and some info I would be extra happy. Thanks

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 4 years. Engaged for 1. We’re expecting our first baby this April and we can’t wait! Thing is, our 4 year anniversary is coming up and we’re saving money. So we can’t exactly splurge on presents. Any good ideas on what to get him? Thanks.

I have not yet my fiancee's family because they live in California and we live in Mississippi. The wedding is in a few months. Should I meet his parents over the phone? Is that so weird?

My fiance is a very devote Catholic. He was born and raised in a family that followed the Catholic faith. In his case, his mom converted to Catholism after she married his dad. I am a very devote Lutheran, being raised with it and having my grandfather as a Lutheran Pastor. In my family, my dad, a previous Catholic, converted to become Lutheran. I love my religion and can't imagine not having it in my life. Because of this, I don't think I'd ever be able to convert and therefore, could never imagine asking my fiance to do the same. I don't know what to do though, I don't want to have to alternate Sundays at different churches but I don't want us to go to our separate churches either. When we eventually have a family, I want our children to grow up with a strong faith and a church family. Before any of that happens, we have to get married and I don't know how to have a Lutheran/Catholic ceremony. Please help!! This sorta thing must happen all the time and I could really use some advice!

We can not afford a wedding and would need to take out a loan for the ring. It has been very stressful because I currently don't have a job and have been extremely stressed out about that. Along with the engagment and wedding planning. I am stressed out big time. I am more stressed about not having money for the wedding.

We have been indecisive about the wedding thing and what we want to do about it. It was both our idea to get married. I have been feeling really insecure about my job situation and depressed. It is more about my job, not the wedding. It is hard for me to get motivated to plan my wedding and move forward with that when I am so uncertain about my job. I feel really down. I am excited about marrying my guy and love him dearly. I just can't seem to shake my depression. How do I cheer up?

We've only been married a year and I was thinking that at least by 2008 since our original wedding date falls on a Saturday that we can do it then, however do you think people would still be as excited about it even though we already are married? At the justice of the Peace no one from either family was there we did it on our own.

I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend this coming Fourth of July. She has always been a fan of fireworks and we both love being outside at night. Fortunately, her town always celebrates the holiday with an incredible fireworks display over the lake and everyone in town gathers to watch it. This means that all her family and friends would be in the area for the proposal. The thing is, I want it to be really special and just asking her while the fireworks are going off isn't nearly enough. If anyone has any creative, realistic ideas, I would really appreciate it. She is the love of my life and I want this to be something she will remember forever. I want it to be thoughtful, romantic, and extremely special. Any ideas would be awesome. Thanks everyone!

Hi me and my fiancee are getting married next year but i just want to know wheather or not your hubby to be was actually interested in the wedding. Its just that my fiancee just seems not to be bothered. and when i say if you dont want to go through with the wedding then we wont he says he does. But he doesnt seem to care, he isnt interested about getting a suit, or saving for the rings and flowers.he would rather buy other stuff with the money, but i dont mind as its his money and he can do what he wants with it, i just dont want him to have to rush and buy things all in a hurry or not get them at all. But i dont know how to know weather or not he really wants to get married or not. Can anyone help me on this ?

Ideally I would like an old Jaguar, something classic and elegant. Any contacts or recomendations would be great. I know I could look online, but I'd like to know that someone has used them and that it was all fine!

Thank you

So my boyfriend & i want to elope. We want it outdoors in like a forest area. We plan on staying in state and getting dressed up. My question is how exactly does this work? Can we each have a groomsman/bridesmaid? Who should witness? Do i need a cordinator/planner? Do you simply hire a judge/minister to go out there with us? Has onyone out there done this and want to share your story?
