My boyfriend and I have been together for about 4 years. Engaged for 1. We’re expecting our first baby this April and we can’t wait! Thing is, our 4 year anniversary is coming up and we’re saving money. So we can’t exactly splurge on presents. Any good ideas on what to get him? Thanks.

Go on a mini-honeymoon together. After the baby, there will be little or no time for romance, so plan a romantic evening somewhere where you can enjoy privacy.
You can wrap christmas light on the threes, fill up a kiddie pull with flaoting candles and have a picnic for two in your backyard. It will be fun and unexpensive. You can agree into making something with your own hands for each other or having a strict budget of 5-10 dollars each. It will be A LOT of fun an dyou can come up with great ideas.
Good luck and congratulations.

Pack a picnic and drive out into the country to see all the leaves changing. Enjoy just being together, because babies do change the amount of time you are able to be alone.
I'm curious of why you waited so long to marry? 4 years is a very long time to date!

Congratulations on the engagement and the baby!!!
A beautiful and quiet evening at home. After all, it'll be the last "quiet" one you will have! Maybe a nice card, make a nice dinner (or get his favorite take-out) and maybe buy him a movie that he would love and the two of you can watch it together.
Really, your time is the best gift. Save your money for the baby and the wedding.

Something to remind him of the years you been together. Buy him 4 roses for each year. Everything you do that night make the number 4 explain things. Like 4 back rubs or something. Good Luck!!!!!!

What about making him a scrapbook of the two of you over the last 4 years. Write him a letter to begin it with...stating how wonderful he has made your life and the great memories you already have and are looking forward to. That is a better gift than anything you could buy.

Skip the anniversary presents and just save the money for the baby. Or just go to dinner or something.

Halmark has these really cute books about fathers, mothers, syblings, ectand how special they are. They have little quotes in them and some really cute photography. Since you are having a baby in April check out the books about the joys of fatherhood.

First let me say to ignore the stupid, ignorant answers that some people post. Shame on you!
Now to answer:
Make him a coupon book good for all of the little things you like to do for him like "Good for one free 15 minute back rub" "I'll take out the trash this time" etc. Buy the "perfect" greeting card. Then make him his favorite dinner, get a sitter and have a romantic evening.

Make two gold chains... which will have the shap of heart. He will have one you will have one. When separated, it will go from half way. In that case, it shows you two are same being!!
How cute!!!
I hope you know what I'm talking about.
