Okay as I said, I live at home. I am 22 years old, and I have recently met this new guy. We've gone on a couple of dates, and might be going out tonight. However, earlier today my mom said she wants to meet him. Is this too soon? (We've gone on 2 dates, and talked a bit online/on the phone). Should I warn him that my parents want to meet him? I'm really not sure what to do with this one! Any help would be great!

my bf and i have been dating on and off for 2 years. but we've stable for the last 6 months. we're really great together and we're soo in love. we've always had problems with my parents, they think im too young to be dating (im 17) and they dont like him because of race issues. my parents are very strict. my bf has tried his best to adjust, because we both know that he could have found someone else whom its easier to date and who he could see more often. but he hasnt, because he says he loves me and it shouldnt matter. so last weekend i got invited to a friends' party and i invited my bf as my guest. so we bought a bday gift and everything and at the last minute i had a HUGE argument with my parents and they wouldnt let me go to the party. and i didnt get a chance to tell my bf that i wanst going. he went &i never showed up. he tried calling me but my mom took away my phone. he was sooo hurt, he broke up with me saying it was too hard with my parents but its not my fault & he loves me

Me and this guy {he is 17 and i am 15} have been talkin at school and on the phone for the past 2 weeks...We have so0o0o0o much in common it is not even funny...I have a feelin he is about to ask me out because we were talkin about goin to the movies!! Like, I like my guy friend, and he keeps staring at me. Like we were just talking and he just stopped and started starring at me, looking into my eyes he's sort of done that before I started to like him. I have asked him why he does this, but he never answers. So I'm not sure what to do, or re-act when he does this. What is the best way to re-act to this? What does this mean? What am I suppose to do?

I am a 23 year old female who has been with her man for 2 years this coming up February 1. I have caught him calling other women, putting his profile on dating sites, talking to girls on myspace and he doesn't work, won't look for work, and doesn't care. I am so tired of all this crap and he wasn't this way the 1st year we were together. We live together and I am sick to death of all this crap.

When I am out with my boyfriend and his mom calls he will walk off away from me.And if we were in the middle of a conversation and his phone rings he will tell me to be quiet and look at his phone and if its his "mom" then its all serious and he walks away from me like he doesn't want her to hear me and like it would be so bad if she did.Even if what we are talking about is serious he doesn't think about me at all.Just basically tells me to be quiet and walks off.He could at least say excuse me rather than saying SSHHHH! and walking off like I am annoying him.Sometimes I just feel like a fragment of his life that is expendable.

If you catch your girlfriend cheating on you (kissing another guy, and letting him feel her up), and she reacts as if it means nothing, then sometime later she dumps you for this same guy who was all other her and vice versa, how do you get over it, react to the situation, and come out as the winner? Yes, you can seek revenge, but that only stoops you to her level. Should you kill her with kindness to make her feel guily? Should you just drop her like a bad habit? Should you put her down, talk to her in a condensending way as if she is nothing but trash? Or is a total waste to even acknowledge her?

I am a widowed 50yo single Jewish mom, recently relocated due to a job change. I'd like to start dating. I'm in a smallish university town, and there are almost no single straight men my age at the one synagogue in town. Likewise my child's school PTA is pretty much just women. I even checked the local political campaign headquarters, but it's all women my age or young folks (university students).

i went out with this guy over the summer and he was super sweet he'd picked me even though hes going to the 9th grade and there are prettier girls there.he loved me alot and for the first time i had a chance from being self concious about my look.then school started then we broke up becuase i was still stuck in middle school [8th grade.].then back together because we really liked each other.over that time ive been highly depressed [im a pessimist] he offically broke up with me but still liked me and wanted to be frienfds with bebfits but no the sex part lol.so yeah he came to see me as much as possible. we kissed and more stuff.then he liked 4 diff. girls their alll pretty,skate,cheer,good personalities.

ive been talking to jose for 2 weeks on the phone. we went out yesterday. he brought me a single rose. we went to the movies and back to his house just to talk. he tired to kiss me but i dont let him. he seem hurt. and ask if i like him or think he was ugly. i said no and kissed him. we made out thats it. i guess he was getting turned on and ask for sex. i said no and he said ok and i left but he has called me today. he said he really likes me and we talk about having sex. but i told him when i feel ready then we will. he acted fine with. u think he wants a relationship or just sex. now we are boyfriend and girlfriend but it could be just a act what do u think?

My BF is funny, cute, smart and a great dresser. BUT he is friends with all of his exes (including one that he was the "other" guy with), does not like to share his thoughts and feelings, can be selfish, immature and somewhat verbally abusive. I am somewhat sensitive, but some of the things he has said (all disguised as jokes) have really hurt. I tell him this and he responds that I am too sensitive. He says I love you, cuddles with me all the time, but just does not know how to express himself. I get frustrated and sad. He has said "It's not fun to talk about your feelings" Am I wrong to need that ? It seems like an awful thing to say. He also has said that when I want to have sex often, it makes him not want it. He does not want to go away with me for the weekend, does not seem to like my friends, and can be detached. I fear I am too needy, but we cannot communicate and he does not want to compromise. I need some solid advce because he is not a bad guy but I don't feel good.

i love my gf a lot but she is very busy bc she is a senior in college and applying to grad school. i graduated last yr and am working. we live about 500 miles apart. she says that she loves me but she is too busy for a serious relationship and she can't give me what i want or need but i am in love with her so she is what i want and need. i told her we had two options- one was to remain a couple but try to be more casual and the other was to be broken up but still see each other and have sex sometimes (we both really like the sexual part of our relationship). do you think that two people can agree to be casual and become that way? i'm still a little hurt by some things she has said to me in the past week but am trying to not let it show. she broke up with me but took it back. do you think i should walk away or stay?

(Not much of the first paragraph is vital and yes, I did just ask this question, I only got one real answer. Please Help.)

Me and this guy are in the same Chemistry class. Since I took an Honors Biology class in my freshman year and passed with a 'C' average, I was allowed to bypass Pysical Science and move right into Chemistry, a junior level class. He's a senior, so apparently, he failed something. We won't go into that =].

Anyway, lately, he's been wanting to work with me during class and hang out with me and talk and such. My best friend's brother hangs out with him and he told me that he likes me =]. PURE JOY!

But I've noticed something. He's constantly asking me questions about my age. I'm 15 and he's 17. My birthday's in March, his is in July.

So he's two years older than me. I've been told by his other friend that he really likes me. And I've been told that he can't stop thinking about me. So do you think age is the factor in not asking me out?

the other night one of my very close guy friends called around 9:30 and wanted to go get ice cream or just go somewhere to talk. i was on thanksgiving break and didnt have school the next day but my mom wouldnt let me go and she said that i wasnt going to be having guys come over late at night wanting to hang out. we had discussed before that my curfew would be around 11 (im 16 by the way) and it was only 9:30
she said it was too late to go out? i dont understand as long as im back by 11 i dont see what the problem is??

My ex and I were together 3 years. He recently left me for another girl.
He has been very nasty to me over this, and basically told me to stay out of his life and that he hated me (no apparent reason).
So I did. No texts, no emails, blocked him from my messenger etc. Three nights ago I got a text from him at 12:30am saying, "just wanted to check you okay?" I replied that I was fine. Next night, he text me at 11pm asking if I hated him. I replied that I didn't, and why was he asking? He said he wanted to know my feelings towards him. I left it there. Later on he text me again at 02:30 am asking if I was awake. I wasn't, therefore did not reply.
I asked him the following day why he wanted to know my feelings towards him suddenly. He responded that it didn't matter. When pushed, he said he wanted us to be friends without hostility. He turned up at mine at 11:30pm last night, out of the blue. He said he wanted me gone so why is he texting me and trying to get my attention?
