why would a guy choose to pursue his plans of revenge against his ex-girlfriend instead of moving on and working on his relationship with someone who loves him (and who he says he loves too) and whom he knows would never hurt him like his ex did?

I just don't understand why he would still choose to have his revenge on his ex knowing that he is hurting someone in the process..

"According to researchers and a recent online poll, African American females are the social group least likely to date outside of their particular racial group.

The results of a "Mate Preferences" survey published Saturday in the New York Times found that women in general are less likely than men to seek dating or marriage relationships with members of other racial groups. But this reluctance seems especially true of Black women. The survey's author John Tierney concluded, "It's not that white men are more reluctant to date non-whites, it's that black women are less willing to date someone of another race."

This latest survey appears to confirm an August 2004 "Racial Preferences in Dating" study which found that with the exception of Asians, "women of all races exhibit strong same-race preferences." Both Black and white males were more willing to date across racial lines.

so ive been hanging out with this guy alot, were really good friends now, and we talk about everything. ive talked to him nonstop since i met him through texting,aim,phone, or IRL hes really sweet, but hes a naturally flirty person, so i cant tell if he likes me, or if hes just intrested in friendship, hes gorgeous and my friends think he does, but i dont know. he constantly wants hugs and to hang out.. he is also 2 years older, but he seems to be showing intrest, everytime i ask him what hes thinking about, or whats on his mind he always answers with "you". is he just being flirty?? we have alot in common and hes absolutely amazing.. i need advice fast..

Me and my ex boyfriend went out for about 2 years. Over the summer we got in a lot of arguements so I just sort of faded out of his life because I didn't want to put up with it and I started getting really busy with school/athletics. We haven't hung out for a little over 7 weeks. We have a class in school but I just run out to avoid confrontation with him. He texted me yesterday it said "we should hang out soon.." and I thought sure why not so I texted back "yeah...we should."
He responded back saying "was that sarcastic?"
Why would he think I'm being sarcastic? And is what I said back really that sarcastic?

almost two weeks ago my dad left and the very first person I told was my boyfriend and he cuddled, kissed me and made sure I was okay but then the very next day he dumped me and then four days later he told me he likes my best friend.
Two days later he said "is it okay if I ask her out?" because she would only say yes if I said I was okay with it but all I said was "I don't know" then the next day he lies to her and tells her I said I was completely okay with it (which I'm not).
Now everytime they kiss they're right infront of me or next to me and everytime he hugs her he makes sure he can see me and looks at me while he hugs her.

would this bother anyone else?

Okay, I am 13 and my boyfriend is 15. We've been dating since Friday. Our friends hooked us up on a blind date and we were texting and talking on the computer for 5 months. just over 2years ago i became close to my ex boyfriends friend, he was alwas there to listen to my problems& cheer me up, he helped me put my life back on track. we were just friends & then one day we kissed and we got together, it wasnt long before i found out he allready had a girlfriend. i was devastated and refused to speak to him. i went back to my downwards spiral & i had a bunch of sexual flings including (my ex, his friend) and im sure hes heard about the rest. i could still never stop thinking about him and it was killing me how messed my life was. anyway i had a beautifull baby boy and he got in touch but i couldnt face it, everything was still raw and i felt ashamed of some of my actions. recently him and his girl split and hes got in contact again he says im one of the reasons they broke up,hes said hes sorry for hurting me &making me doubt his love for me. he said hes wondering if he could be a part of me and the babys life.(we've never slept together) will it work?

So there was this guy that I was talking to for like 3 months and I really liked him. Things never quite worked out and that was pretty much his decision. It left me really hurt, more hurt then I should have been. Well now it’s two weeks later and last night was the first night that I had to hang out with him again. We have a lot of the same friends and know the same people so when I went to watch a movie at a friends I wasn’t surprised he was there. I had a recruit with me for soccer visiting the school so I decided to bring her along to watch the movie. Next thing I know, The guy that I liked is flirting with her! By the end of the night they are cuddling and fall asleep in each others arms. It would be one thing if I though he really liked her but I feel like he was just doing it to hurt me for some reason. And not to be mean but the recruit wasn’t really pretty. Why did he do this? It just hurts
