Perhaps, he is also fancying you, the same way you do to him..That is only sexual attractiveness- not necessarily ending on bed.
Its a natural tendency to first admire a person, then you would fancy how he really acts and behaves in person infront of you.. and then you would increase this to having dates with him, to know him better.
What fancies him to you? This answer you must find honestly within yourself. if ever you are able to answer this, then reverse the situation and do your move.
Why do you fancy him? And why should he fancy you, too? Find ways. You have so many alternatives by knowing his weaknesses. strike him there. I for one have been struck repeatedly due to my weaknesses, yet i still fancy girls.
Good luck. We, boys, almost have the same weaknesses...and i could not just tell them to you, especially the top one on our list. It is a betrayal of gender natural instincts.

Be yourself. That is the only thing that will work. I am sure you don't like people that try to be someone they are not, and he won't like it either. If that doesn't work, let it go. Chasing boys is a hopeless business, and you will get yourself a bad reputation.

You can't get him to fancy you. Either he does or he doesn't...it's up to him.
