Talk to them and let them know that this isn't appropriate behavior for anywhere. Also you might wanna check and see where they learned to do this. However most children especially younger boys do this at times, why I'm not so sure, but I would def. talk to them about never doing it again, especially in a public place. Good Luck on this one.
