hi, im 27, i have ben single 4 10yrs now. why do girls EXPECT guys to make the 1st move? i mean all girls have to do is layback&try to look pretty? when its the guys that have to do ALL the hard work, like do the long walk up to a girl, then start talking, then ask her out...then get rejected & take that long depressin walk back..dam, have i taken that walk like a thousand times or wht, i mean thrs nufin wrong wif me, im successful, handsome, hv a good career, yet dont know y its so hard aye?

if you look up the words black man on yahoo answers search you will see a host of ridiculous questions and answers that is very hurtful ill tell you why it is hurtful to me

i read answers to a question about black men and some said that black men go out with white woman for status reasons , and because they are easy,so according to yahoo awnsers people when my cousin was at the hospital visiting his dieing wife because the cancer had spread to her lungs all he was thinking was got to make her better got to get that status i watched my cousin cry over the woman he loved he cried like a baby knowing no ammount of prayer and faith could save her. i just wanted to tell you whatever 'status' he supposebly got was not woth that much pain and that many tears.

I have recently started a placement at a hospital and get the feeling one of the doctors there fancies me. It is a funny environment, not like normal situations so I am unsure. He watches me a lot but when I look at him he quickly carries on with his work. He comes over and asks how I'm doing and praises me up to the nurses. I went on a break yesterday to the lunchroom and he was there too sitting on jis own. I joined him, sat opposite and we had a conversation. He kept stammering and looking at the floor or into his coffee. He did smile a lot though and say how good a nurse he thought I would be. I confided in the lead nurse and she said he keeps asking about me. He dosen't seem to take any notice of the other student nurse and he definately dosen't stammer when talking to other people. He seems very confident and gives people good eye contact. I watched him with the lead nurse and she says hes not a nervous person normally. Am I getting this right? She said hes been single for ages.

Recently i have experienced a cowoorker creating falsifications regarding my performance at work . . . in an attempt to slug mug on my face. If her accusations were true i would need to own up to them.

As it is, i feel a victim of a nightmarist fantacy....didn't see this comiing. Hence, i wonder what is the 'politically correct' way of responding & to & resolving this delimna without compromising my own work ethics & self integrity.

What would you do? How would you react the first 24?

hey guys i could really use some advice. I have had it with my bf. the pain and suffering he has put me through for the past 3 years of our relationship has finally taken its toll on me. I have told my bf that i need a break as i feel like im losing it big time, and although i know what he's done to me is wrong (emotional stuff not physical) I cant help how i feel and my heart was breaking lastnight when i told him i needed space. how can i toughen up? I know deep down on this one that i have to follow my head but i dont think i have the courage to follow through. im just fed up of having to pick up the pieces of all the mistakes he makes espcially with money and its pissing me off. am also fed up with him not even trying to look for work. am pissed off, guys what do i do?

I have recently stopped seeing a guy (we were only seeing each other for a month) because it didn't feel right between us. I have tried to be friends with him, becuase i do enjoy his company. He however, said he still has feelings for me and is "all or nothing" in his approach to me (ie. is nasty to me if i don't sleep with him). I don't think i am leading him on, and i have made it clear where he stands, but if i visit him he pulls the moves anyway. He seems to get the wrong idea just becuase i am visiting him at his house.

I have recently moved to a new city so i am kind of keent o see if i can keep the friendship with him but it looks as though this is going to be impossible. Help?

My current boyfriend and my ex-boyfriend are friends. But my ex doesnt know that we are dating. My boyfriend wants to tell my ex but hes afraid that he will get mad at him for dating me. So he is trying to get me to be-friend my ex so that things wont be hostile between us. I have a problem with this, however, because my ex treated me like complete and utter crap, he was emotionally abusive. Im kind of hurt that my current boyfriend is being insensitive to what my ex did to me and is more worried about my ex getting mad at him for dating me now.

Am I right to be feeling hurt by this? Or should I just try to be-friend my ex so that everything will be "peaceful" between all of us? =/

She now blames it on me because i didnt go. SHe wanted to kiss him really badly so she told her friend to dare her. ggggggggrrrrrrrrr. we met 4 yrs ago and things started off rocky but have got alot better, we have been on and off alot in those years..
but lately things are settled ( the last year or too)
i hardly see him in the weekedays just on weekends! when i text him in the week he doesnt even reply and his phone is always off? when the weekend comes i see him and ask him why and he pretends he never got them or he had no credit which is really getting to me

ive told him that it annoys me but he still does it! is it because i still come running back?
when i see him we go to friends, pub etc in his area so i doubt he has another girl on the go (he doesnt drive) he calls me his gf and eveyone in his area knows we are together but it looks alot different on my end, none of my friends see him...i just want a normal boyfriend that treats me like i should be treated! all i want is his time and i don't even get that!
he does smoke alot of weed and is into alot of things but i love him and i want to make it work

Its Sunday morning and I'm going to school to clean the class. When I was cleaning my class, I realized that my girlfriend was not helping me and friends clean the class. I'm looking around for her... but she seems not anywhere! So, I just continue my duty. After everyone work was finished, I went home...but when I'm almost at home, I saw my girlfriend was talking with a stranger... i never seen that guy! I hide behind a car and peeking on those two... My bff madeout w/ this guy a week or so agothat i liked and he liked me while i was out of town. And after a while I forgaveher, she said that she didn't want to kiss him she just didn't know how to say no. so I went back to her house. And he was there. But I didn't give him much notice[he didn't know I knew he madeout with my bff]. And a few days later while I was still at her house and he was there too. While I was in a room alone he came in we were just standing there for a moment. Then we were like doing this weird thing where we were eskimo-kissing[ha sounds weird]then he kissed me on the forehead and left.I went outside.my bff was out there, she told me he had tried kissing her in the hall way ealier that day after I told her me and him were like flirting inside or w/e.he came out and she told him that i knew he madeout w/ her.he told her he wanted to go out with me again. and she told me and i said no. later that nite she told me how she wantd me to go out with him just so mite heart would get broken then she would have her chance w/ him. then she told me later that she was a compolsive liar. and then i was thinking about it and realized. wat if she didnt want to say no? it has been driving me crazy. what should i do? i still like the guy. but she told me he already had 3 g/f. but was that just one of her lies?
