Its Sunday morning and I'm going to school to clean the class. When I was cleaning my class, I realized that my girlfriend was not helping me and friends clean the class. I'm looking around for her... but she seems not anywhere! So, I just continue my duty. After everyone work was finished, I went home...but when I'm almost at home, I saw my girlfriend was talking with a stranger... i never seen that guy! I hide behind a car and peeking on those two... I saw my girlfriend holds that guy hand and they hugged each other! Urgghh.... what is she trying to do actually? And this is another day... I'm at school and in my class. I ask her who is that guy and what did she do with him... You know what she answered? She answered "He? Oh please.... he's my new boyfriend! What? You jealous? He's more better than you! But we can still be friends! No couple anymore! I know you're cool but I think you're stupid because you should know that you're just a prefect not my teacher!" Is she a play girl?

Its natural for that girl to act like this since your relationship is not real but just an infatuation, no offence.

From what I can understand, you caught "your girl" giving someone else a hug.
When you asked her about it, she told you that he was "her guy" - a position that you used to occupy.
Dude, you're done like dinner...gonzo, sunshine. Smell the flowers, and move on. At your apparent age, there is a veritable smorgasbord of girls out there, and I can guarantee you that a porportionately far share of them will be interested in dating you...just remember, that "get lost" does not mean your being shot down, it simply meand you're one girl closer to finding someone worth your time and effort!
As for the faded flower that was...drop her wilted behind in the relationship dumpster! Let her see you dating other girls - especially if they're better looking than her! She's not worth your time, dude, and she proved it by not breaking up with you before hooking up with a new guy.
Incidentally, if the two of you were gettin' it on, get tested, Dude. You never know what she might have given you. If she comes up to you in the next couple of weeks and says "Hi Daddy!"...insist on a Paternity Test - pay for it if you have to! In short, "Yes" she is a player, and the new toy is just this week's new flavour. As for the "be friends" jive, "be friends" enough with her to be nice when she's around, and to not slag her when she's no there (that shoots YOUR cred more than it hurts hers). Outside of that, ignore her. You don't call, you don't talk about it (give yourself about 1 day of venting for each month the two of you were a couple, after that, people will just start avoiding you), you don't ask about her. Once you're done with the venting period (the sooner the better), the more likely it is that SHE will react badly to the break-up. Note: double the venting period and you have the "rebound period"...avoid dating anyone during this period, and you'll avoid some possibly nasty scenes from arising as you openly compair the new to the old...New GFs (or BFs for that matter) don't like that sort of mooning, and quickly tend to break things off!
Here's a tip...girls like it about as much as boys when it comes to an "ex" dating someone else...in short, they want you to pine away not being with anyone else, since it makes them feel better when it happens. It's just that the "better" a person is, the more likely they are to smother this unwanted desire and be genuinely happy when the "ex" recovers and starts dating again!
Finally, by your grammar and your avatar, I'm assuming you're pre-teen to early teen, as such...street is for the street...
