Recently i have experienced a cowoorker creating falsifications regarding my performance at work . . . in an attempt to slug mug on my face. If her accusations were true i would need to own up to them.

As it is, i feel a victim of a nightmarist fantacy....didn't see this comiing. Hence, i wonder what is the 'politically correct' way of responding & to & resolving this delimna without compromising my own work ethics & self integrity.

What would you do? How would you react the first 24?

Pamela that is some smart talking, why then are you having so much trouble with this issue? Hmmm, its a simple fix really, usual the work proformance always specks for itself, and besides vindictive/manupliative people are usually indentified by people early on so people should already know here game. Which might explain why you still have the job. Your best bet is the personal face to face confrontaion. Never a comfrontable happening unless you get strait with your own heart what it is you hope to accomplish with her. Which at this point might not even be warrant. Wait for the next time that an event like this happens, go strait to her, and confront her on that and the past. Stay far, far away from slanderous words of your own too, but be strait from the heart about what you feel is going on... something like "Maybe your right about my job performance but the fact you don't confront me personally tells me that your not really doing this for my best interested, but are actually tring to make my work environment miserible, why?" or "I'm a hard worker and nothing I like better then critizism to help me be a better worker, but I also like it when the people I work with have the gall to tell me to my face, why can't you?" Stuff like that, be ready thou to say your peice because rolling over only going to fuel the fire, well unless she is really, really immature, then she'll get bored and go hit on someone or something...
