My BF dumps me because he can't see us long term..even if he loves me now...then he calls the next morning and we have got together a few times since and he doesn't want to talk about it...biut he took me out to the place we went on our first date, coinstantly tells me how much he loves me and asks me over for a romatic dinner he wants to cook me...

what the h is he thinking?

I would love to keep our relationship just as it was but now I am questioning everything. Does he feel guilty? Did he change his mind?

I'm not looking for the long term commitment that seemed to scare him away. I just want to enjoy things right now.

What is the actual basis for a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship work? I have seen some relationship work successfully after several years and still continuing or just fail, or some that work only for a month. There are factors to consider: If you find someone who is better, getting tired/bored of them, someone cheats in the relationship; someone gets injured, burned beyond recognition, or death. What makes a relationship work?

Ok well theres this girl ive liked for a while, and im a sophomore shes a freshman. Our families are good friends, and her mom said to my mom that she likes me a lot, but b/c shes never had a boyfriend, she wants to hang out jus friends for a while. First off, yes, I am in high school. lol Second, the question: I am madly, very madly in love with a girl that I have known since 10th grade. Now, I'm in 12th. The problem is we go to different schools, so we don't see each other too much. But, we do go to the same health club (we bump into each other at least once a month) Anyways, we've known each other for like two years, but we have never hung out, despite me asking her many times if she wanted to do something: a movie, iceskating, diner, whatever.. Everytime I ask she tells me shes soooooo busy BUT that she would LOVE to hang out sometime. Most times, she says that she can't do anything, sometimes she says she might be able to, and then never lets me know (I'll call her to see if she can or cant and she just wont pick up) Now here comes my question: i bumped into her at the health club over the weekend, we hadn't seen each other for like 3 months. Should I try calling her? Write her a letter? Or forget about her?

ok.. theres dis weird kid in my class and he's a jerk! He used 2 sit behind me and thro stuff at me and he was like "oh sry i was aiming sumwhere else" and im like sure... and he's like "we hav 2 strong of relationship 4 me 2 thro stuff at u! i would never thro stuff at u, i luv u!" O.o. and then 2day he got mad and was like "ok i see how it is! after all i've dun 4 u! im never talkin 2 u again! our relationship is ovr!" and im like "psh" weirdo..and then people were just staring cuz he shouted it 10 ft away. hes such an idiot, and he keeps talkn' about me w/ his frends its like omg get ovr urslf! I dont noe if maybe he's picking on me cuz im the only freshman in the class (the rest of them are sophomores, juniors, and a few seniors) or he likes me? But even if he does pick on me cuz I'm the "youngest" why is he the only one? No one else in the class wastes their time bothering me. By the way, he's 16

I had a crush on my best friend Tim for 5 years. About 2 years ago, i met this other guy, Mitch, & i really likd him, & i stopped liking Tim. Finally, Mitch asked me out. & I have dated him for 2 yrs, & he is a good bf, but since feb. i have only talked to him a few times, because his parents dont lik me because they think i am a slut, (i am one of the most innocent PG rated people you will meet, so that makes no sense) anyways he isnt allowed to call me on the phone and he is very involved in sports, so i dont see him during the day very much. basically he doesnt have enough time for me and so i have been hanging out with Tim more, & at first i didnt care, but as i saw less of Mitch & more of Tim, i found myself starting to lik Tim again. All of my friends want me to break up with mitch & go for tim, but i know i will never get a relationship out of tim, so that is pointless. and i do still lik mitch when he is around (i told him he isnt there enough, but he just said "srry im busy"

okay so my ex bf used to say he hated me and everyone said it was just his way of letting go and hed probablly end up liking me again that that was what he does. and now, a month later, he is acting like my friend again and sticking up for me callin my name and just hangin out with me and the funny thing is when we are in the hallway he looks over people to look at me. and al lmy friends that are his friends to say he still likes me and we are supposed to be friends again but it awkward when he flirts with me. what do i do i want to be friend but it gets really awkward.

im about to be a senior in highschool and i have never been kissed by a girl or even had a girlfriend, i mean i feel so lonely, im a shy guy among the opposite sex, i see everyone kissing around the school and all the hugging and i want to experience that, no girls ever talk to me, and the one that did talked to me asked me if i was gay (totally embarrasing!) i need advice from all you relationship experts out there. I need guys and girls advice on this one. I have been dating this new girl and she is more on the sensual side than i am. I am no virgin or anything, just a little gun shy. I have a hard time going for something unless I get an apparent green light or in otherwords, the go a head. Anyway, what i need to know is how to make the transition from the make out to the bed room. The problem is i have been with the same girl for too long so things were more routine, and now with this new girl its all a guessing game again. What advice can you give me? How test the water before i jump in? How can i avoid making it awkward for either of us? We have had discussions about our sexual preferences, and their is definately some sexual tension in the air. I think she is just waiting on me to initiate. But i have this fear of rejection i need to overcome. Please give me all the advice you can, because it is much needed! I need some good coaching

I used to like this guy and i'm thinking in the past he may have liked me too. Lately he's been "lurking" around where I've been. That revived old feelings I had for him....gawd this is strange..well I got an idea to ask him to prom, seeing as it is coming around, but I got shy about making a move.
