Well, talk to him! Let him know how you feel. He may feel the same way. It doesnt hurt to ask. Try it and see what happens. If it doesnt work out, well It wasnt meant to be!!

I know it's hard isn't it? Why not start with hello how are you? Start talking to him and see if he shows some interest. Maybe ask him if he would like to go to McDonald's or where you hang out?
Maybe have a Mcflurry or something or other? I don't know but just be friends first and then see how it goes. Do they still have those?
Just think of it this way if you like him and if he likes you maybe he may also be shy or freaked out over you? That's if he likes you? Just be yourself.

i totally have the same problem as u, just ask him if he wants to hang out and maybe he'll say yes. or try talking to him and become friends with him, make sure he doesnt already have a gf though.
