My BF had to work double shifts Monday & Tuesday, so he asked me if I could drop by his place and let his dog out and walk him. Which of course that involved loaning me a key, (AND he is super paranoid about people in his house without him being there) So yesterday, when He got home and I was getting ready to leave for the night, I left the key & keychain on the table, and said "Don't lose my keychain!" He replied with "Well, why don't you take it." So I went to take the key off the keychain, when he stopped me and said "NO, just hold onto it, ya know in case I need you to help me out again or something."

With our relationship, we've been great friends for almost 5 years, been through a lot, and off and on lovers throughout those years. We've been in a serious relationship almost 4 months now, we love each other, and I already practically live there on the weekends. I don't want to get attached to the idea of "having a key" so it's not on MY keychain yet, but HOW SHOULD I READ THIS?

Okay so basically to make a long story short,
I just got out of a 3 year relationship with my ex.
The reason I decided to break up with him is because,
he really didn't show that much affection toward me.
He always put me down and my self-esteem was really bad.
So now its been about 4 or 5 months that I've been single.
But just recently I got into another very serious relationship,
with my current boyfriend. And he treats me like a godess!
Everything is absoutely wonderful. He's constantly reminding
me of how beautiful I am, and how glad he is that we met.
But the problem I am having is that I feel awkward of him
always buying me nice things and spending money on me.
Just because I wasn't used to being treated that way
in my previous relationship. Please give me some advice,
of how I can stop feeling so awkward
and feel more comfortable around him
as far as things such as that goes.

Ok so what am I really supposed to do when Im inlove with someone who isnt inlove with me. What if I feel like this is the right person for me. What if the reason we broke up was a misunderstanding. How do you get through to a person who is so stubborn?

so you just say politely...."no thanks'...and the guy says...."why not?"...and you are SHOCKED THAT HE WOULD ASK WHY?...so you say".Well, ..i just like you as a friend".....so you have told him...(basically there is nothing there)...DON'T MOST GUYS GET IT???? If i was a guy, i would...and leave her alone...or are they that thick headed???

I cannot stop thinking about him and I want to work things out with him even though he cheated on me. He was my first and only boyfriend, first kiss , and my first sex partner. Every time I think I'm over him he calls or write me and I start getting those deep feelings for him again, I dream about him alot, I want to be with him again but I don't want to get hurt again. He apologized for his mistakes and informed me that he is still in love with me . He tells me he does not have a girlfriend , should I trust him again or should I move on...why do I still have these strong feelings for him even though he did me so wrong. Ok I met a guy who is 10 yrs older than me. We don't have all that much in common but he is a nice guy. Here's the thing...I wasn't born w/a silver spoon in my mouth but I like nice things & come from nice things (only child here). I have a nice home & nice things. He on the other hand lives in the hood (Washington DC...I live out in VA about a 20min commute to him)...he has a very small apt & eats out of cool whip bowls and like nothing matches. I mean is that being cheap or a bachelor?? He has his on business cleaning carpets & detailing cars but it's not legit yah know....he has no benefits.

I have a 6 year old boy & he has 2 boys one 10 & the other 17...they live w/their mother (2 different baby mothers). He was married bf to the yougnest son's mother tho.

I'm thinking a man at 37 should be more put together & established...b/c he's still young but not all that young. He told me he wanted to build something with me & I feel that but I dunno if I can do it!!

ok i have 2 really good friends will call them F1 and F2. well F2 is dating this really lazy selfish guy. F1 and i are worried that shes falling to fast for the wrong guy. everyday he takes her money, she has a job and he doesnt. he cant even buy his own lunh, he made her pay for prom, even though he worked all spring break and had cash he didnt want to spend it on that! F1 and i have been around him without her there and all he does is talk **** about her, about how shes too whiney and how shes gets on his nerves. but now recently theyve started to have sex and F2 thinks shes in lvoe with this loser, hes just in it for the sex! we dont know how to tell her. ses quiting her job soon for cheerleading(were all on the varsity squad together) and F1 and i are afraid that when she quits hell leave her and we dont know how to help her.....HELP.....any suggestions.

I love a girl but screwed up really bad and now its hard for her to trust me and thinks that if we went back out i would just hurt her again how in the world do let her know that i am there for her? also does anyone have any mind blowing way to make her feel like the type of person i thin she is? to me she is an angel!

Well you see, I went off my birth control Because I was having problems with it and getting sick and hormonal and being just plain miserable. My boyfriend and are are Monogomous but we still use condoms even though I am on birth control and we have both been tested. sometimes we do not use one until the end or if it is spontaneous he pulls out. But my issue is that we are not as careful as we should be, which was okay when i was taking my birth control faithfully. But I cannnot bear to take it anymore it is just making me too miserable and mydoctor has tried everything. The problem is I have not yet told my boyfriend I have stopped taking it because I think he may get upset. Or not understand why I would stop. A baby would not be a crisis but we dont need or want one right now. I just want to GENTLY explain to him what I am going through and why I stopped and that we basically have to be more careful now. Guys, would you be upset?

Met a bloke a few weeks ago took me for lunch a couple of weeks ago then we met up last week. first time he happened to be on lunch break and driving past the way I walk back to work so gave me a lift back to work, he appeared at my work the next day in a bit of a panic incase I thought he was a stalker as we had bumped into each other the day before and for appearing at my work and wanted to explain he wasn't a stalker but he had broken his phone which he showed me and wanted number again due to broken phone, and wanted to meet up again, we were supposed to arrange to go for a drink at the weekend but didn't hear from him he then appears at my work again on monday in a panic as he had lost my number and saying please would I give him a second chance and showed me his new phone. he was very grateful that I had given my number to him AGAIN and for some reason then said missed you and gave me a hug before running off to go back to work.
all seems a bit odd and not heard from him since.

I have been in a relationship for 7 months now. The best relationship that either of us have ever been in.We are totally in love and want to get married 1 day. The problem is I have a 1 year old son. My girlfriend hates my sons mother. She says we have a "bond" that will always be there and now she cant deal with it. She said at first she didnt mind, but the more serious we are getting the worse her feelings are getting toward mom and my son. Is this normal? What can I do to assure her that things will work out. Me and my sons mother have a good relationship and I'm a great dad so I'm not stepping out of his life. I just dont want to loose the best girl I've ever had.

Is it just me being just too much or is my boyfriend getting worse. Me and him have to be apart for a couple of months because he is doing an intern overseas in Dubai.It's crap!We used to be so loving he would be more into me and i kept it cool and confident.He used to hug me from behind and kiss me whenever .When I went to visit him a month ago ..he seemed so different .Like not so loving .At times when I call him , he sounds kinda bored.But he said it's because he's tired from a long day (yeah right).He calls me, texts me and emails me almost everyday. I am looking for a mature man that wants more than just booty. I have got dumped by my last 2 boyfriends b/c I didn't want to do it with them right away. I don't have a problem or anything, we were only seeing each other for a matter of days and the other one was a week and a half. Was I being too slow? This guy I have know for yrs has a live-in girlfriend of 17 yrs. and no kids. She does not own any of their real estate- just some furniture. She works all week, cleans the house, takes care of his mother that lives with them, and makes sure the bills get paid and mails his tax papers. He tells me he is not happy with their sex life and wants to kick her out and move me in. He has told me about their disagreements. She has said "I am not wanted here." He wants a motorcycle and she ask him not to because she was afraid he would get hurt. He said he told her "Well, I can ride the motorcycle and you can stay at home." When he told me he kind of rolled his eyes about her and said that "she was mad all evening but I was just joking." He talks very arrogant. Sure he owns a few rental properties but I don't think that he should be so fussy or arrogant. I've been best friends with this girl forever. I work and live with my boyfriend and she is a very independent girl that loves to date. I love that about her and that has never been a problem. She would always get upset at me saying my boyfriend was the reason I didn't go out and that wasn't true at all. It was either I was tired from working and school or had no money. Anyways she got a new job serving at a club at night and completely did a 180 in her schedule. She stays up all night than sleeps during the day gets up doesn't eat works out and has lost a lot of weight. She wasn't fat at all to begin with. She is a beautiful girl and I am afraid she might be on something and it scares me. A week ago we text each other about meeting up after work for some drinks and she was all excited saying she hasn't seen me in forever. I call her she never answers and I haven't talked to her since. She won't return my messages or calls...Nothing has happened b/w us.I just don't know what to do?
