My boyfriend has been really stressed out with his job situation, he didnt get his promotion and since then he has been quite down about his job. He;s looking for a new job but he has not been successful in getting any of hte jobs he applied for. He has been feeling really bad about it. Since then he has been really upset, feeling down and unhappy. I guess I did not give him the best support as I started to worry about our relationship, worrying he stopped loving me and caring for me. He kept saying me that he needs to sort his situation out but I was needy with him. He became quite upset with me after a while and he told me last weekend that it's for the best if we separate. He was very sorry but he said he could not continue. I was so upset and hurt, I was crying so much, he was upset and sad but he said that he is not happy with anything, he said he even cried at work the other day. I asked him if we could take some time apart so he can focus on himself rather than breaking up.

met a guy 3 years ago.We gelled & clicked right from the start we were like best friends as well as lovers while seein each other, discovered that he didnt want a serious relationship at that stage. During the space of time of us seeing each other he had messed me about with broken promises due to his inability 2 commit. So I gave him 1 last ultimatum of what he wanted and that I was going to start seeing someone else. He still said that we should be friends for now as it wouldnt be fair to me as he isn't in the frame of mind etc and that I deserve the best. He was still calling me after 2-3 months to keep in contact to see how I was doing, but I just cut off all contact. Fast forward to 3 years & we have got back into contact, he's 32 and I'm 26. I have just brought a new house & am doing well so is he. Now we hav started talking again he really wants something serious and I have said no & he is gutted & has asked again? Do I say no after he messed me about b4 & had his chance then?

I have been with a man for 3 years. Not an on and off relationship, but a beautifully strong one. He is respectful, never harmed my feelings and wants to marry me.
My parents are on the fence.
They know and they love him, but they never seem happy with what he does in relation to work.
He never finished High School (he is from Lebanon and his father died when he was 15 and so he began working to support his family)
My parents know this but they keep telling me "Push him to taking computer classes so he can save up for marriage"
I dont want to push him to do anything and i know he works hard for me. He has two jobs and makes every minute count so we can have a beautiful loving relationship.
How can we both prove to my parents that he is responsible and maintains stability?
I love him people. This isnt some fling. We are both virgins who will wait forever for each other.
I need any repectable advice.
Thanks

I have had STRONG feelings for him since last year but never bothered to propose him coz I knew he had no feelings for me. I am in Xth standard and he,my classmate, has stopped talking to me since he came 2 know bout my feelings.I also avoided him-never looked at him.He often threatened me to report all these 2 the teachers.MAN HE IS A PSHYCO.But lately,he has been sending letters full of SLANG words only.He even speaks badly whnever I shave to spk 2 him(like asking for a pencil). He has even spread bad rumours about me in the friend-circle.I have lately realised he might be insulting me.But I never cared 2 read all those letters. But I'm so strongly infatuated with him(i know there cant b love at this age).My pals are saying he is very good in nature.but...Should I leave him?Or should I propose to him.I know the message is 2 long. But pls help.

c'mon, it just gets on my nerves, & it's stupid, why can't girls just move on with their life after they break-up?, cause you can't move on with your life if you bring up the past, it's funny & stupid how they call them their ex-boyfriend, cause in my opinion, it seems like this, once their boyfriend, always their boyfriend, a lot of times they just become friends with benefits after they break up.

I work at a casino as a cashier, and I have a friend who is a slot attendant. He says that almost all the slot attendants think I'm hot. I don't believe him. This rarely happens to me....at least that I know of. So, I started paying attention to what the slot attendants do when I'm around. They tend to get quiet. They don't talk to me. I catch a couple of them staring at me quite alot. But I'm not use to this, so I don't know what it means. My parents use to say that guys do weird things when they are attracted to a girl.....such as pick on them, or completely ignore them. Sooooo, is my friend messing with my head or do you think these slot attendants have the hots for me? Just curious......Its nice to know that someone finds me attractive cuz I don't hear that compliment too often.
If you wanna see what I look like, I have a 360 page. You can see for yourself.

i've been talking to this girl for a while but i've never really gone out with her, stuff just never goes right. The only thing is that i just came out of a pretty screwed up relationship and from what i hear and see from her and "informers" she isn't that excited to rush into a relationship right now either. Although this may be the fact i still want to persue something more than just a simple friend relationship with her even if that means indulging in something serious. Also she maybe talking to other people, and i wouldn't expect her not to because i am but nothing really worth not pursing more with her. I haven't yet made a definite move to something more with her and i want to know if there's a good way i should go about doing so without scaring her off or waiting to long with run-arounds or games. I am thankful for any help.

Who the hell started this business of giving The Heart credit for having emotions?
Surely, The Brain, and The Five Senses, are what give you 'Feelings'. Good and Bad.
The Heart can only transmit feelings of Pain. And that's when it is unhealthy, or injured, surely?
The Gut has 'feelings' because it has a primitive Brain in it's lining. According to recent scientific experiments......
But I must admit that saying "I love you darling, with all my Gut"
isn't very romantic! What do you think ??

I'm a 19 yr old girl who grew up with the idea that a real man is someone who never shows emotions, always takes charge, has no romantic or soft side, never reveals a weakness or vulnerability,is able to handle anything life throws at him on his own and is only interested in sex. What does being a real man mean to you?

Over the weekend I went to a conference out of the state that I live in. I met someone that was really cool and we hung out. there seemed to be an attraction between the two of us. Later that evening after we dropped our friend off at his hotel room, he asked if I would escort him to his room. I said of course. Got there and he asked if I wanted to chill for a bit and I went in. We were talking and well we started to cuddle and was about to make out when he said that he wasnt sure he was allowed to do this. He worked for the organization that held the conference and I was college activist particapating at the conference. He just started the job, and didnt know what the boundaries were when it came to being with the people who attend these conferences. he told me that he was attracted to me and that he wanted to make out. we both found out that we live 3 hours away from each other. My question is did I get blown off or could there be something? We both decided to be friends for now.

I have some kind of relationship with a certain guy. We did fall in love & we're still together. He, however, had to leave for a few months. && while he was gone..i'd slept with someon else...my plan is to confess to him when he gets back, but im afraid that he won't give me a second chance. i dont even know what's the best way to tell him. i want to tell him in person, but he might ask "why'd you wait so long to tell me?." do i deserve a second chance & should i wait to tell him, or should i call him up and tell him.

I love him so much but he is married. I ruined my marriage because of our relationship. Eveytime I try to walk away he is always there pulling me back in. He has absolutely drained every bit of energy that I have in me. But yet he is all I have. He tells me how he is going to leave but I am not going to be the other woman. I am not here to be judged so if you are planning on leave a nasty answer then don't bother. Not trying to be rude but I have made choice that I am going to have to live with forever. This relationship has been going on for 3 yrs and I am just really tired.
