While I wouldn't say this is a sure-fire indication of romantic interest, she's letting you know that there's some kind of interest... I'd say you have your foot in the door to at least continuing communications with her... Ask her what she liked about it, see what she says.

Dude, no offence, but that doesn't mean squat. It just means she's finding your 360 access info rather interesting and appealing. She may find you more interesting if you conversate with her more. Get to know her better, understand her, listen to her (and I mean LISTEN, not hear).
Or, you could throw it all away and lose your chances to something that you might find to be a beautfiful relationship.
