You're only 18 and yet want to propose (ask for marriage)?
I'd say wait some years untill you've grown older and wiser.
At your age you should enjoy life, go out and have fun.
Asking a girl out isn't difficult, just ask if she wants to join you to go to......whatever you like. If she says "No", just ask another nice one. Be a friend and you will have friends. Enjoy life, have fun!

If you were 48, that would be a handicap. Now it is a good thing. First: you are young and can practice. 18 is far too young to get married. Just start practicing being a friend and telling someone you feel more than friendship.
Second: you will know that she is the one when you meet her. When she really is the one, she would not say no. Does she say no, she is not the one for you.
Sounds simple and in some years you will admit it is.

If my thinking is right, your asking how to ask a girl out.
Just be yourself and walk up to her and talk to her. See what happens next. But if you want to get a lot a girls, you need to practice first. So take that first step.
