Ive been dating this guy for about a month or so and we just started calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend. So at this point Im just enjoying spending time with him but I dont see us being together forever but when I he told me the same thing I was thinking, I mean that he never sees us becoming serious it made me upset. Am I weird?

She is very insecure and she feels that she needs to be perfect for anyone to love her. To escape from these fears she binges and purges; she has bulimia. She has jumped from one relationship to the next, never able to be single. She treated me wonderfully, but her sickness caused a lot of problems in our relationship. She would feel depressed, insecure, or feel guilty about binging and purging. Because of this she was often cold, and distant, while still trying to pretend that everything was perfect; I often felt uneasy around her. We talked about her sickness, and how it isn’t getting any better. She decided that she needed to face it alone, to try to gain a sense of empowerment without hiding behind a relationship. She doesn’t know when she will be ready to be in a relationship again. I would like to be her friend, but I miss her badly after we talk. Should I move on, break off contact for awhile, and just take care of myself?

I crave attention and my bf isn't giving me that attention. Is it something I should work on and deal with or move on to someone that will give me A LOT of attention?

Okay, so here's the situation. I just moved to a new school, and I pratically don't know anybody there. It's been a few months and everyone been noticing me as the new guy. However, there's this girl I really like. She's very cute, but she's also sweet, kind, and generous too. A couple of days later after I just moved to my new school, she introduced herself to me, and from that point on, we became friends and acquaintances with one another. I make her laugh and we have fun together. Now, I really like this girl, and I believe she doesn't have a boyfriend, but unfortunately I'm a really shy person. Yes, I know it's pathetic, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips to help me overcome my shyness and ask her out. I want to get to know her better and to hang out occasionally as friends first. I really don't want to mess this up because I don't want her to feel strange or weird if she would thought I was coming on to her as a desperate idiot. Can anyone help me? (Serious answers please!)

I have been liking this guy for years already. He finally came around and started calling me. Now I am not interested. Should I pursue it any way. Because of the fact of how long I liked him. Or should I just ignore him.

Actually I think I know the answer. Let me revise this. After the first date should you hang out with a woman with your friends or should you try to go on another date within the next week or so. Most of my dates have been quite attractive (and mostly likely have had guys be obsessed with them). So I kind of feel 3 dates say in 3 weeks or so makes me kind of look like one of those overly interested guys, which unfornately for very attractive woman can be a turn off.

Ok so, you are dating a male/female, and it's going good. You are happy, they are happy and you feel the connection. There's one problem, you know that this person is not "bring home to family" material, for whatever reason. What do you do...I mean, do you sacrifice your happiness and drop them (out of respect to the family) or do you not care, bring them home anyway, and make it a point that you will not stop the relationship with them?

Please don't assume this is my situation...Thanks!

Been dating her for three years now but it was an unusual relationship to begin with. Currently, we live with my parents (which doesn't help the matter). Lately, she's become very distant. Whenever I try to talk to her she makes it clear that I'm bugging her. She's been very busy lately with 15 college apps, as well as honors courses in community college. I know the stress is getting to her so I've tried my best to make her more comfortable. I get her coffee every morning, make her breakfast every morning, and I do all the cooking and cleaning between the two of us. Everytime I suggest we go out to dinner, or watch a movie to relax, she yells at me. We haven't slept in the same bed for over a month now, she takes the Futon. I am about done with college and she's going to transfer to a 4-year school this summer. The plan was for me to follow her, however I find myself reconsidering. If I go with her, I do not want this hostilely towards me to continue. Any advice, please?

I told me now exboyfriend that I didn't want to have a n a l s e x because he was pressuring me heavily to do it. Then I stayed over at his house one night because my apartment was flooded. I woke up and he was raping me a n a ll y. Once I told him it was over he went and told his friends that had done that with me and that I wanted him to. So now they are all calling me names and even worse he is being very nasty about it. Even though I've broken up with him, I amhaving a very hard time dealing with this. How should I go about moving on after this? The police can't do anything because it's my word against his. When I first started dating him, he wasn't at all like this, or I wouldn't have dated him.

Men in Military

Body: One of my sons serves in the military. He is still stateside, here
in California. He called me yesterday to let me know how warm and
welcoming people were to him, and his troops, everywhere he goes,
telling me how people shake their hands and thank them for being willing
to serve and fight for not only our own freedoms but so that others may
have them also.

But he also told me about an incident in the grocery store he stopped at
yesterday; on his way home from the base.

He said that ahead of several people in front of him stood a woman
dressed in a burkha. He said when she got to the cashier she loudly
remarked about the U.S. flag lapel pin the cashier wore on her smock.

The cashier reached up and touched the pin, and said proudly," Yes, I
always wear it and probably always will."

The woman in the burkha then asked the cashier when she was going to
stop bombing her countrymen, explaining that she was Iraqi.

A gentleman standing behind my son stepped forward, putting his arm
around my son's shoulders, and nodding towards my son, said in a calm
and gentle voice to the Iraqi woman:

"Lady, hundreds of thousands of men and women like this young man have
fought and died so that YOU could stand here, in MY country and accuse a
check-out cashier of bombing YOUR countrymen. It is my belief that had
you been this outspoken in YOUR own country, we wouldn't need to be
there today. But, hey, if you have now learned how to speak out so
loudly and clearly, I'll gladly buy you a ticket and pay your way back
to Iraq so you can straighten out the mess in YOUR country that you are
obviously here in MY country to avoid."

Everyone within hearing distance cheered!

IF YOU AGREE...Pass this on to all your proud American friends.

I JUST DID!!!

Why does all men go for the very beautiful women even when MOST of them are selfish, superficial, and very demanding? We overlook all their character flaws because they are beautiful.

I have this problem too, I would love to have a beautiful woman who is a "10" however, most of them are all about "me, me ,me" 24/7 and they expect every guy in this world revolve around her. Can a beautiful self-centered, superficial, and demanding woman ever change to become an unselfish woman, non-materialistic, and patient woman? Do I have to wait until she turns 65 years old, when no other guys would like her anymore in order for her to change? It seems like thats the age when most of these beautiful women begin to "grow up"

I am refering only to physically beautiful women.

Hi Guys. I met a really great guy recently and I would really like to move things forward into a realtionship.

We have met 4 times so far, 3 at a bar on a just happened to be there at the same time basis and once on an official date. I have played it pretty cool throughout the bar meetings knowing that we would bump into each other again, but when it came to the point where I wasn't sure that we would bump into each other again I left him with my number and told him to call me. Anyway, he did call that night but we didn't arrange anything and then 3 days passed at which point I couldn't wait any longer so initiated catching up for a dessert date, which we did.

The date went well..perhaps a little too well. But he is now going interstate for a couple of weeks and did tell me to keep in touch but we left it all a bit vague.

Is sending him a good luck message after another 3 days and asking him to let me know when he is back ok. Or should I wait for him to make the next move?

Hey guys, I currently found out that im attracted to a friend of mine. We both met eachother when we were both working at Kmart, and we found out we both were going to the same highschool. Ever since then we become somewhat good or decent friends. She had a bf when i met her, and then she broke up with him, and got another one, and just recently got dumped by him. Now, i have come to notice that i am somewhat attracted to her, and really enjoying her company, and just in general really like her. Well ever since she got out of her last relationship, she seems to be calling and texing me more often. I told one of her friends, and she says to give it time for her to get over her last relationship. But i sorta wanna ask her before she finds another guy out there. Now, i dont know if she feels the same way about me or not, but i wanna know if i ask her out and she says no, is it possible for us to hang out w/o feeling akward, or could this ruin a friendship?

I'm a senior in highschool... I'm dating a fairly attractive girl, right now we're kind of casual and not really "exclusive" per say... she's an extreme chrstian and I'm not going to have sex with her... even if she wanted to, I'd feel too damn guilty because I know how much her "purity" means to her...

but I sort of want to break up with her since we're not really exclusive...
Lately my friends been a real ****** and he knows it, and his girlfriend wants me... (they wouldn't even be dating if I didn't introduce them to each other) We're both going to colleges far away from home...

Do I sleep with my friends girl and feel a little bit guilty, or leave his girl unsatisfied, and not only feel guilty for that, but also go into college as a virgin and I might not get a chance to be with someone like that.

How do you ask a guy out? I don't want answers like "ask a friend to ask him" or "go up to him and say do you wanna hang out sometime". I want answers that are different from the norm. And answers that aren't so forward. I'm really not good with these things, and anybody who can have a good think about it for me I would very much appreciate.

Thanks everyone who answers.
