As many of the above answers attest, there are cases of Mexican women who do like white men, but I have noticed that you notice more white women with hispanic men than hispanic women with white men. In fact I can't remember ever noticing a native mexican woman with a white man and I lived in Chicago for 7 years and worked with Mexican men and women (I was in the food service).
I think this is for 2 reasons. One is the way men and women act when they are away from there native culture immersed in an other culture. It is more socially acceptable for the foreign man to date the native female than it is for the foreign female to date the native man. For example, when I was in the Army in Germany I never even had an American girlfriend (believe it or not there were some) because the German girls were almost beating down the gates of our base and I never really had to try that hard (plus, lets face it, I'm a stunningly handsome man). But it was very rare to see an American woman with a German man. It just didn't happen. Another way to put it is that if I weren't married now and wanted to date a Mexican woman I think I would have a better chance going to Mexico and intermingling with Mexican women in their own culture as opposed to trying to date a Mexican woman here in a foreign culture.
The second reason is somewhat related to the first reason. It's the way our cultures treat our women. Usually Latino cultures are heavily male dominated and the more male dominated a culture is the less socially accepted it is for the women in that culture to date men from different cultures. That is magnified with Mexican women here for the reasons stated above.
America, while still male dominated, is much more accepting of American women dating a foreign man, so I'm sure there are more American women in Mexico dating Mexican men (percentage wise) then there are Mexican women here dating American men, but there are far more American women here (percentage wise) dating the foreign Mexican man.

Completely false. I'm Mexican and my two ex-husbands are white (non Mexican). Not only that I know a lot of Mexican women that like white men for so many reasons....

Not true! I'm Mexican and married my first husband who was Caucasian, and married a second and last time to a Guamanian man.

im white, my gf is hispanic
when her aunt asked her "whats up with the whiteboys" she just recapped all her previos hispanic boyfriends.
plus hispanic girls like my gf like to orgasm a lot when they do it, and honestly bro in all the times ive heard women talk about sex the hispanic dudes just dont seem to bring much to the table except nice skin and hair.
12 years of dating different guys should produce at least a couple climaxes for a girl ... shouldnt it?
