I see him everyday. I am not sure if he fancies me or not. How do I catch the hints- the expressions, the words....or what!???

How do you feel about him? If you like him back you just as well come out with it. Throw out some hints and expressions back. Quick smiles during glances. Subtle touching when alone.
It can really be anything, but if you want more, simply go after it, ask him out on a date, or to hang out more and make some moves. If he responds well to your obvious moves of wanting more, he most likely does too.

I like the way a forward woman handled this in the movies. Say,
"Look, we've been together for like 15 whole minutes and you haven't tried to jump my bones once. Is there something wrong with me; with you?"
He'll get the point that he needs to be a little more explicit in showing affection. Then start looking for signs to head for the hills or head to his side.
