I can't quite figure him out. He runs so hot & cold all the time so much that I finally said hey listen you win, let's be friends, if you ever need anything let me know. I did this as a result of him not contacting me for 5 days and the boy will not call me, he'll chat & text but getting him to pick up the phone is impossible. When we're together, we have a great time but he's so distant when he leaves. My friends say I need to stroke his ego to get him to open up but that's not my style. I'm just tired of his constant get close, pull away, get close, pull away. Now he's sent me an ecard, should I just ignore him? He's a pain in my rear...what's his deal?

ok i am a 23 year old female and i am not skinny but when guys look at me they think i am not good looking and make fun of me. i have alot to offer. i mean i have a big heart and i am funny and caring. but it only seems that men want looks not heart. and then men that like big girls r well most of them r ***. i do not get it. is there some one out there that looks for what is in the inside not the outside/ please let me know.

I have been seeing this girl who works in a new restaurant that I have gone to over the last month. I think she is one of the managers but she seems to try to be near me fairly often when I am there. She will conveniently be nearby or pass by several times while I am there. The other night when I left she looked directly into my eyes and kept her gaze on me until I walked past her. This stare lasted at least 10 seconds and she did not take her eyes off of me. I looked right back at her because I could not keep from looking myself. She is quite attractive. If I had not been with someone else, I would have talked to her. Next time I will find a way to at least say hello. Do you think there is something there and how should I move forward?

I cheated on my first boyfriend (A), with this guy B. Me and A broke up. I lost my virginity to guy B. We having been having sex for the past months. He hasn't asked me out yet. We talked about it before and he said he wants to be with me but he does not want to be in a relationship. His calling habits are not the best. We have been separated for Christmas break. He said he try to call me once a week. I had to fuss at him to get him to call more.He calls me to tell me sorry.he also told me if you get tired let me know.I asked him what that mean and he was like i do wanna be with you. My friends have told me he is playing me. His grades at college are not the best lets just say he will be a freshman fall 07.He also said one reason he wouldn't ask me out because he wanted to respect my ex boyfriend.I dont know what to do because im really tryna make this work, i do enjoy his company. The other evening, I am driving home from my neighbourhood drug store when who drives up beside me but my ex-girlfriend?! We split up about a year ago after three months of seeing each other and I haven't seen or heard from her since. It wasn't that pretty of a break-up. We parked side-by-side while waiting for a red light ... I'm sure that she also recognized me. Anyway, neither of us made any effort to acknowledge the other (eg: a friendly horn honk or wave ...). I did follow her for a bit (wondering if I should make some kind of effort to contact her but maintaining a safe distance and preferring not to be potentially arrested for harrassment). Eventually, I chose to turn off and return home.

My question is, would you have handled the situation differently? If so, how?

i am an indian, and after 1 week i will meet a girl for marriage.she is coming from usa, basically she is from gujrat and live in usa from last 3 years, this is my first time, i am so narvous, coz i am very shy boy and generally not talking with girl,and another prob is that i don't know her language very well, there is only one common language between us and that is our mother tongue. what should i do? about which thing i should ask her so i can understand her easily, bcoz hardly i have only 20 min to talk with her and can i request her that we can talk in mother tongue?

I am divorced with 2 kids. I have been on a few dates with a man that is 8 years younger and never been married. He has been concentrating on school and family. I like him, but I am afraid that being at his age, he is moving too fast thinking of having a wife. Okay I am gonna cut my own hair and my friend says that if you put your hair in a ponytail then cut the end of the ponytail straight it will layer it, will that work and do u know any other ways to cut your own hair easily

recently my trainer introduced me to her 27 year old brother-in-law (I'm 37) He took me out to dinner to a really nice restaurant and we went to a Christmas party together. I had a great time, we danced & laughed, he was awesome! At the end of the night, he asked me what I would do if he kissed me and I said I would die well he did and I flew out of his car. Since then he's been very sweet, he called to wish me a Merry Christmas & Happy New year. He told me if I ever wanted to hang out again to just let him know. My friend invited me to her home for a party and I brought a guy I was dating at the time. They called Mike and told him so he didn't show up and called to tease me about having a boyfriend. Since then, that guy has gone sour and he called to cheer me up saying I should waste my time on him. I don't know what to do, I'm nervous about it cuz of our age difference and my friendship with my friend, he says he's waiting to redeem his new year's kiss...what do I do?
