Depending on how sharp the person is, one game is "The Spanish Inquisition". Start with a well-known catchphrase or quote and then each person in turn alters the phrase by one syllable with the result having to make some kind of sense. Keep going until either person runs out. The origin is that a colleague of mine and I put the phrase "No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!" on a whiteboard. As the day passed, we would erase and alter the phrase for the other person.

Another game is Symmetry. This is best played at a place that provided coasters for drinks. Take three coasters and place them in line, all with the same faces up and aligned in the same direction. This is the starting position. Each person, in turn, re-arranges the coasters so that they form a symmetrical pattern. This can get very complicated. I've had session where we've gotten past thirty patterns through rotations, flipping the coasters to show the other side and even a couple of attempts at 3-D symmetries.
