I have been seeing this girl who works in a new restaurant that I have gone to over the last month. I think she is one of the managers but she seems to try to be near me fairly often when I am there. She will conveniently be nearby or pass by several times while I am there. The other night when I left she looked directly into my eyes and kept her gaze on me until I walked past her. This stare lasted at least 10 seconds and she did not take her eyes off of me. I looked right back at her because I could not keep from looking myself. She is quite attractive. If I had not been with someone else, I would have talked to her. Next time I will find a way to at least say hello. Do you think there is something there and how should I move forward?

id say wait a bit keep going to the restuarant for a while.. alone more often tho make some conversation.. sure tho go for it

come on just talk.... take it easy, saying hello and exchanging a few words doesnt mean you have to marry her. just try and see what comes out!

I thought it did, but I dunno. We held eye contact for about 30 seconds, but, she has no feelings for me at all.
