My husband has a x-mas party next week. I don't know if I want to go because a girl works with him that slept with my brother and almost caused their marriage to break. My brother has nothing to do with her anymore and it's good he worked out his problems. But I can't seem to let the idea of this other girl sleeping with a married man, my brother and be ok with it. I so want to hit her everytime i see her, but i don't want my husband to be alone either. what should i do?

I really want a laptop for xmas this year but thought such a big ticket item would be out of reach for me to receive as a gift but the other day I stumbled upon my boyfriends paypal account and low and behold there was a payment to a laptop company for $200 on a Ebay laptop. I was excited even though its not a new one but still its a start. That day I was talking to my mother on the phone and I mentioned how I thought that he got me a laptop and she let out a huge sigh and was eager to get off the phone. Thing is not to be greedy but im sure the laptop my mom bought me is a lot better and brand new, but still my b/f has spent a lot on me and I wouldnt want to hurt his feelings. How do I deal with this?

I was at my girlfriends house and we were playing cards and I lost a bet to her..

She said I have to dress up like a girl for a day. So she said we should get on Yahoo! Answers and ask the good people what she should make me wear.

She said she wants you to pick everything for me to wear from head to toe and that she will pick the answer she likes the most and wants links, pictures, and details of what you want me to wear.

My mother has CHF and we have been dealing with this for awhile .Sometimes she breaks down and cry because she cant do for her self and i have been thier from day one 100% .I am not coplainiing we get along like sisiters.I dont mind helping her with what ever she needs .I even pay all the bills .I let her use her check on her self.I dont date because i dont have the time,but my mom thinks its because i spend all my time at home with her and my chikdren.I am fine with how things are but she feels she is holding me back but she isnt how do i get her to understand that I love her and i just dont feel like dating .Even thought i havent dated in 2years,its still okay.I wish i can find someone for my mom she is 49 and she doesnt leave the house because of her sickness.I work all day and then when i come home my focus is on my mom and kids But i know she gets depressed because she just burst in to tears sometime and i dont know what to do .Its breaking my heart .

One of my ex's spit in a burger and told my sister to give it to my current boyfriend (me and him have been going out for almost a year now). She told my ex that she gave it to him, but told me the story of what had gone on (as we had just picked her up from work...she works at mcdonalds). She told me she threw out the burger, but didn't give me any reason why she felt the need to lie to my ex to remain in his favour.

my ex and i broke up a while ago. he says hhe loves me . he says his heart is with me n will always be.he sed if u love some one let them go if they come back there always ures. i have been a cow to him since we broke up because i didnt know how to deal with it. threatening him with various things, which i regret totally.
he now says he needs to 'find out who he is', his 'heart is with me but his head isnt' and 'circumstances mean we cnt be together at mo' becaus he cant forget the bad stuff that happened at the end. some explanations please. is he needing this time to forget the bad stuff , if so do u think he ever will? or can if he LOVES ME
the whole purpose of not finding somone knew is thti love him and know it can be gd

me and my wife have got a wonderful relationship.....we love each other dearly. Her sisters family live about a hundred miles away. My wife is a completely different person in their company or if we talk about them. Its like he has waved a magic spell over her. i mean seriously, it's the fastest and easiest way to find out what the other person thinks of you if your straight forward about it instead of thinking all the "What If's" right? people usually say girls shouldn't be the first ones to show their feelings but does it really matter whether your a girl or a guy?. do guys find it un-attractive when a girl is too honest about how she feels? or should she say her feelings directly? because i want to tell him my feelings for him.

I have been with my partner (not married) for 8 years I have recently realised that I deserve better & not to be treated like sh*t. Anyway, I've never been on my own, I don't actually *own* anything (everything is in his name) & all I have are a few clothes. Everything including the obvious, (house, car, etc) is in his name or he paid for it. Everything from my computer, mobile phone, the dog, everything. The money I've ever earnt has always gone into disposable things like grocery shopping, petrol for the car, that kinda thing so I have nothing to show for it.
Anyway, my question is, have you ever left everything & started from nothing? I'm in my mid twenties & worry that it's too late for me as I haven't ever been on my own. (Got engaged when I was 16)
Any advise please?
