To reduce the costs of Christmas spending, I’m considering joining my sister and her fiancée in gift buying for some relatives. When these relatives get the gift, it will be from all three of us. My question – is this proper gift giving procedure when the receiving parties will be buying us an individual gift?

I have two guys that I consistenly hook up with. One is long distance and he says "im the one" he treats me like a princess at all times. The other guy lives near me and treats me like s**t but I still want to be with him. How can I get over this jerk and see that I have someone who truly loves me??

She is a mom to a 1 year old boy and has worked from
almost day 1. she met this guy 6 months ago. He cant keep
a job. dont seem care if he works. acts like he is 18 not 29. wants to spend his time with friends and smoke pot.which too talked her into moving out which they of course dont have the money for
that. I kept the baby with me said it was better for him not to go out each morning in the cold at 4:30 she agreed. but its more
about his temper that he as shown. he hasnt used it toward my
daughter to the point of hitting but mostly to get his way. also tells
her he will leave and not come back so she gives in. all this
has caused so many fights between me and her. all her family
sees how he is. calls him a loser and dont think he will ever grow
up and keep a job. but my daughter dont see it this way. she
thinks he is just wonderful. right now she is choosing him over
her family and its killing me and i dont know what to do.
advice please

is i'm skint so she will have to give some housekeeping back.
The kids have stale bread in the breadbin and some mouldy cheese in the fridge plus their is a squashed banana in the fruit bowl (skin is very black but still edible)


So should we go out or should i just take a score back and go on my own??

i have been in a relationship for 6 years,in the beginning my partner treat me really bad,he used to finish with me all the time and then contact me to get back together,during one of these splits i met up with my first love ,we got together when i was 15 and have kept in touch ever since(13 yrs)he told me he loved me and wanted to be with me,i tried to love him the same but i couldnt because i still loved partner no1 and i had found out i was pregnant,part no 1 wanted me back again,so i finished with 1st love even though he wanted to take baby on as his own but i went back to part no 1.Me and my current partner havent had sex or intimacy for over a year now,and i dont love him anymore,i think i really love my first love,i cant stop thinking about him,bear in mind i have been through alot of violence with current partner and hes never shown me any any affection,my first love is with someone and ive hurt him badly,ive made a total **** of everything help

I have been dating this girl for almost a year and a half. She is 20 I am 22. She had dated a lot of bad guys prior to me, so she was so happy when we first started our relationship. Everything was going great until about two weeks ago when she thought my feelings for her had changed (which they hadn't). She said that she was confused and she wasn't sure if she saw herself in the future with me. So she wants to take a break. She said we can still talk, and see each other occasionally, but she wants to hang out with friends. I really want to get back together with her, but because she wants to talk to me less and see me less I get the feeling that she doesn't want to be with me. My ex and I (both guys) had lived in for about a year and a half when I caught him red-handed cheating on me with a girl. I slapped him, asked him to leave, but he cried, apologized , said he loved me and since that day never saw that girl again. I forgave him and rebuilt my trust in him for the next one year. Six months back he started to meet with another girl and called hit casual friendship, but I could see things getting serious. One day, he broke it to me saying he wants to end our relationship to see her since we dont have a future. I begged him not to end it like this with me, while allowing him to see the girl if he wanted, hoping that he will realize I love him a lot more and come back. Instead he broke off with me last month. It ended bitterly, with me slapping him in front of his girl. She doesnt know why I did that. He says he wants to be friends now, but I cant see him as a friend anymore. I said goodbye and he hasnt called since.Will he ever come back? I still love him.

I have decided to leave my boyfriend. I'm taking my son and leaving and haven't told him. My reason for leaving is that he is verbally abusive to me and my son (who is only 4). I just can't take anymore. He also has a drinking problem. I grew up with an alcoholic father and I refuse to put my son in the same situation. I just don't know if I'm suposed to feel bad for not telling him I'm leaving. I just want whats best for my child and I feel that leaving is the best thing to do.

I've been with the same guy for 18+ years and I want it to end. He's lazy, doesn't work and collects disability. If I kick him out, he has no place to live. I also feel quitly about hurting him, but I can't contiue to live like this... Anyone else deal with a simular problem?

My mom is 35y/o 5'6" and 185-190lbs. and rising She gets very angry and impatient with every one and I think its because she has little confidence and low self esteem.
I try and help I make all the meals do all the grocery shopping ask her to walk the treadmill for a 1/2 hour once and a while.
She respondes by buying pork rines and pizza rolls
Sitting on the couch or in bed snacking.
She tells me I'm paranoid and says since i'm 110lbs I have a distorted image of what people should be.
I'm 18 5'5" Healthy and have my 14 y/o brother and my Dad on a straight line to being healthy. How can I stop her from becoming something I know she doesn't want to be?
