Thats not bad at all. You can lose 14 pounds easily. I just lost 28 pounds. My goal is to be 180pds and I weigh 242 now. At 180 I would be sexxy with a little meat on my bones. (They call it Grown and Sexy).

146 doesn't sound bad to me...it would depend on your height. If you want to get to 132 then all you need to do is eat healthy and exercise. Don't go on a diet...I hate diets. Its all about changing your eating habits. Don't take diet pills either. They are not good for you. You will loose the weight too fast and you will not be able to keep the weight off for long once you stop taking the pills.

eat well, drink lots of water, cut back on candy, soda, chips. and excersise. Dont starve yourself tho, just eat more veggies and fruits.NO fast food, and if u feel like having a snack, try grapes or something healthy like that. your excersise routines should not be too hard at first, but then as you get more comfortable start adding harder goals. for ex: your first week you may want to run 1/2 mile combined w/ some ab, and arm work outs. then on the second week if you think u are capable go up to runing a mile .. and so on..

Get into a work out schedule in the mornings if you want to lose some weight or cut down on what you eat. You are not overweight just because you are not 98 lbs. As long as you are in shape and healthy, love who you are.

not too bad but you should start doing something about it before you gain more and more weight.....it's way easier to lose 14 pounds than 20+
Don't eat carbs and take long, fast walks.
