I'm 23 and am probably going back to prison after Christmas. Part of my sentence was suspended but I was done for drink driving/no insurance so I'm looking at 6 months from the suspended sentence and maybe more. My family stood by me last time I was there and visited and sent in some money for canteen stuff. They said they wouldn't do the same again but I think it would be much harder to get through it if they didn't. I know I messed up but don't want to fall out with them over it. I'm not sure if my gf is going to stay with me either so that's another thing.

just for the record, im a guy. so last night i was at this gig and i made friends with this guy. we were just making jokes etc we were pretty wasted. then he just left (dont know where he went) then one of his friends, this girl came up to me and started asking what id done with him. she was saying "i will hurt you, what have you done with your friend?" i thought this was kinda weird seeing as she is a girl and quite a bit smaller than me so i didnt really take it seriously. then she tried to knee me in the balls! (blocked it with my leg) and started pulling my hair, then ppl split it up and she ran off somewhere. it was a complete surprise, so i didnt really do anything to get her off me. then i got really angry and started looking around for her cos i wanted to beat her up basically (testosterone was clouding my logic). anyway now i feel like maybe i should have at least punched her once cos i didnt seem like much of a man. am i being stupid? tell me if i am. thanks
