Not a good idea, Sounds like she's one of those lucky women with a perfect size. She should not tempt fate otherwise she may not like the result.

Are you the one who suggested to her that she needs an enlargement? If yes, then you probably have more than two eyes and two hands. What she has is more than an eyeful and you cant hold them in your hands without feeling pain in the wrist. Why do you want to trouble yourselves both with extra weight and attendant problems in future? Save the money for something better, or better still, go in for a size reduction.

I'm a 36dd and i think it is more than enough for me and my husband so she should stay the size she is. it's not too big and far from small any bigger might hurt her back. plus it's not cute

Any bigger than that your friend is going to look like a cow, maybe she needs to consider a breast reduction..âº

ken , you wanna try carrying around 36dd all day !!!!!!!! its heavy . She will regret going bigger i used to be 54 ee and ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccchhh my shoulders will never be the same .

why on earth woudl she want to go bigger? that size she's already got can cause her back problems. and really, who needs boobs bigger than that? most people THAT big go for reductions rather than enlargements.

Make them as large as possible, however since you are asking my opinion, as a rule of thumb do not make them bigger than her head is.
Breasts larger than her head, will make her look less intelligent.
