Marriage & Divorce - 18 August 2006

I am married, have been for 6 years, my husband is great, he really is, but recently I have become in contact with the love of my life from when I was sixteen. We were best friends and we had everything in common, I messed it all and we went our seperate ways, I know that with him, I would never want anyone more, anything better, he was my soul mate. I do love my husband, but there has always been something missing! I get butterflies when I think of my first love and I don't know what to do?

We have a long history together, almost 10 years. I used to have feelings for her in the past, but it didn't work out & she got married to someone else. She got divorced a year ago and we've been in touch for the last 6 months. She is a very good friend of mine & we can talk for hours non-stop and she seems to enjoy it. I grew new feelings for her, but a much mature ones than before. I made hints about being together but I don't think it's enough, so I figured to stop wasting time and express how I feel.

Leaving my wife this week.......letting her have the house since we have a child, it really sucks.......Cant buy a new house for about a month or two b/c of paperwork...Anybody need a professional athletic white male/28 non smoker roomate for awhile?...................... My wife had an affair with a coworker. I told her I was done with her and was divorcing her. She said she did not want a divorce and that she has no desire to see this scum anymore. The cell bill comes in and I open it to follow up on her because there has been so much infidelity and so many lies that I no longer believe much of anthing she says about her life. Well, there it is, he now calls her from his office because she must have told him I know his cell number, they don't realize that I have his cell, office and home numbers too. I see he is the one calling her. I have not confronted her yet, but I am going to. I don't know if they still have a thing on the side going on or if he will not let go of her. I am so ready to kick her to the curb, yet I don't know for sure if its over or he just is not willing to let go of her. I wanted to give my wife this 1` last chance, but seeing that there has been comunication, How can I get an honest answer from her about whats going on.

He walked out three months ago. Has made no effort to see his three children unless its convient. He is always late when asked to watch the kids so i can go to work. Most often he lies, to get out of his responsibilities to our kids. Its time to start the process of divorce. Where do i start? and should I change our locks to the house? I don't want to keep him from seeing his kids but I need to gain some control over our house and our personal lives. What should I do?
