You can't uninvite people that's rude and thoughtless. Unless this person is threatening a life or endangering other people then you don't have an excuse.
You need to be a gracious host and your husband needs to learn to be more tolerant. Petty differences in personality don't really matter in the long run. There are more important things to worry about.
Do you like this person that you are being asked to uninvite? If you do, then stand your ground you have right to have your friends present at a party that you both throw.

You can't really uninvite someone, but you can be a good wife and make sure that person is occupied with talking to someone other than your husband at the party....

That's a toughie because once you've invited someone, you can't really back out on it. Tell your hubby it's just for one evening and he's just going to have to grin and bear it. Sounds like he needs to grow up - very insecure - he can handle himself for one evening with this person and then don't invite them anywhere again.

Tell the person ...you're sorry but the party isn't going to take place...IF they find out it did...you can say "at the last minute..it happened.." OR say...My husband doesn't like you, doesn't want you there...just die!" (kidding!)

Tell your husband to do it. He's the one with the problem.
