Marriage & Divorce - 1 August 2006

My husband got caught cheating on me (emotional - just what he was telling her didn't see them in bed) But pretty much the same thing in my eyes. I have told him I want a divorce, he will not leave me alone and accept it. This isn't the first time that we have dealt w the situation. What can I do to get it through his head it is Actually Over this time?

6 months ago my wife and I seperated, 2 months into the seperation she asked me to move back to help with our 2 kids, since then things have gone down hill, she is having affairs, doing drugs and staying out all night. Now she wants me to move out. Only her name is on the lease since she got thr condo when we were seperated. I feel as if I need to be there for the kids. She claims she is going to call the police to have me removed. Can she do this?? I am not physical with her, don't drink, work 2 jobs.

My wife was my friends girfriend. He left her for another friends ex-girlfriend. I never thought about my wife ( when she was dating my friend ) until 1 night before chistmas eve we hooked up. This was maybe a year after she broke up with my friend. She used to think what it would be like to be with me when she was going out with my friend. ( secretly of course, she never came on to me or anything like that ). Now that we have been together for 12 years...........Is that fate that brought us together?

My DD's husband left her for another woman .
The 9 year old daughter is upset, mad and emotionally tied.
Her mother has had it too!
The little girl kicks, screams, yells, and throws things at her Mother.
the Mother tells her to do that to her Dad, he's the one who left! What would you do? (NOTE: little girl is sent to her room alot)

My parents divorced when I was 6. Over 20 years later and I'm becoming increasingly aware I don't handle rejection well. Not just in relationships but in social and work situations. I torture myself over things and get quite down about it, it can go on for months. Can it be traced back to my parents split? Anyone else experienced anything simular?

I have been living with this guy for 7 years. I am not denying that he has done good things for me and so did I. He just does not want to move out of his mama's house and he hitts me. His mother is involved in everything we do. When I got in the relationship I was 16 years old. He made me ran away from home. Now that I am 23 I feel like there is a better future for me. I want to go to school and do other things. He says he will hurt me if I ever left.
What he fails to understand is that I am not the 16 year old he met years ago - I am smarter and realized I made mistakes. I want to get out quick. He has been very abusive through the years and I feel like I need to get out and find freedom. I lost touch with most my family and old friends.

Do I just ask the police to help me get my stuff out of the house? I really don't want to get hurt. I don't have friends . all my friends are his friends. I need out right now. I have had it. Help me please. I am scared.Sorry for gramar mistake.

about 2 years ago my wife & i were separated, some hard times we were going through and she met someone, nothing never came of it becuz I confornted her about it. we got back 2 gether and everything was great. I just found out she was seeing someone,going out to lunch with this person, just really making time to see this person. Then would come home to me,loving me,not coming across like things were that bad with us. we just had a great family vacation and everything and the whole time she was messing around with this person. I love my wife and don't know how 2 do anything else. but the pain of this is heavy on my heart, how do I get through this? how can we as couple get through this?

Ok...I've been married for two years now...we have sex all the the time (everynight) but lately is has been more like work than sex...I used to want it for a long time now I just want us to get off then go do something else...I love my husband it just seems different...is this normal in a marriage to slow the sex drive. I can not find a single girl who does not want to become mom. I can convince girl from having 2 kids to 1 kid but a girl has this perception in mind- Without mom she is incomplete. So every girl wants to be mom atleast once !

It seems like it never fails..my husband ALWAYS picks his job over his family. If his work calls he is there. Today it happened again and I am fed up. We had plans to take our 3 yr.old out today and have a good day. They called from work and he acts like I shouldnt get mad. I was so upset,even though I should be used to it,that I started crying hysterically, he told me to get over it and he would make it up to me. Not this time. Am I being overdramatic? Money is not everything even though he thinks it is. I just need some advice. This has been going on for the past 7 yrs. My heart is breaking here.

something was being tallied up. it said ball game totals on the top. when i asked him what it was he told me he was keeping a running tally of all the girls he was banging in the dorms. it looked like the count was somewhere around 40 or 50. he said his friends are doing the same thing. how do i address this?
