I've been married to the love of my life for 14 years and we have 2 children together. Recently( about 8 months ago), he has been sleeping out and doesn't want to give the keys to his home. He goes and comes as he pleases and it's quite irritating. I'm very religious and don't want want to get a divorce and he shows no sign of giving up that life. What should I do?

I have been writing about my verbal/emotionally abusive husband for the past several weeks. I had been planning on leaving him and I think that he could feel it. We argued and he pulled his "I'm leaving" stunt(kept saying he was leaving, etc.) I told him to leave then after he was already packing his bags. He has left 5 times in the past and I always ask him to come back almost begging him too because I get so scared and lonely. He accused me of making him leave to make me feel bad. I haven't cried but I am a little sad but feeling a bit free. He told me he wasn't going to give me any money to take care of the kids until the courts force him to. I took $900 out the bank today to have something to start with. He's pissed! I need it though. I'm just wondering how I'm going to move on and rebuild my life. We'll be going to move over my mom's house where I have support. I have been going to therapy for 6 weeks and I like her but she keeps telling me i need to know who I am and work on that

I know the law varies from state to state but, if a funeral home listed the wrong spouse on a death certificate are they required to correct the incorrect information? Or do they have to be court ordered to change information even when; an affidavit was sent to them with the correct information from a law office that got the proof that someone gave false information and indeed was not the spouse from Probate?

lost my parents, hooked up with him, got pregnant, he lost his dad, he got into drugs, got pregnant again, fight all the time, left him, restraining order, dropped it, he's clean and working, but still separates everthing, thinks I cheat on him, constantly calling me a liar, because I lied to his face about leaving him while he was high, I tried explaining, if I hadn't left, the state would have taken our kids, so I left. He always interogates me, has to know what I'm doing, where, why, and with who. His ex-fiance has come between us many times, he denies it. Makes broken promises left and right. We have 3 kids total, under the age 3. I like to go to the bar just to relax. I hear screaming all day at work and don't want to come home to it, sometimes. So I go to the bar, sometimes I don't feel like calling to tell her, I just go. One time she walked in the bar with all 3 of the kids and said it was rude not to call! How dare she embaress me like that i think. In the past I use to lie about going to the bar, I would tell her I was going to the store but in reality I went to the bar. When she would confront me I'd tell her the truth F*** yeah I went to the bar, I deserve it after working all those hours.She claims she dosne't care about me going to the bar, she just wishI wouldn't lie about where I'm going. Know shes gone to the club twice this year with her relatives and admits she dances with other guys! She cooks and cleans, bitches sometimes, but I feel she hasno right going to clubs or bars.
