I said I didn't love him and can't stand for him to touch me and the sex is awful. He said that is something to worry about but now he just acts like nothing is wrong. It's my house and he just won't go. Do you cheat to run him off?

I'm single, never married and no kids...why are guys more attracted to a woman who is divorced 3 times with 5 kids all from different guys?!?! I've got a stable job, a nice car, my own place...and a really nice and sweet person. But it seems all the men I date leave me for women who already have kids and lots of baggage!! Whats wrong??

I recently quit my job and school to take care of my sick husband. His mother does not care for the way I do things so she wants to move back to Tennessee with my hubby. I am trying my best but it's not good enough for either of them. I can't compete with his mom. She's like super suzy home maker and I'm like the mediocre house wife fresh out of training. I have to admit I have been a career woman for years so I am a little wet behind the ears. But to just up and leave after I have given up everything? I can't believe it. Now rent is due and i am still waiting on my long term disability to kick in and they decide to drop the bomb on me that they're leaving. I just want to scream!

By the way, she doesn't like anything that I do (my food, my car, house) yet they use all of the above and then some. As a matter of fact she has full access to my vehecle whenever she wants to go anywhere. She has taken over my house and now she is taking my husband. I have nothing left now but the kids.

Is it true that after marriage, the wife is suppose to become a slave? In other words, she stays home, cooks, cleans, takes the kids to and from school and soccer practice in a mini-van? [EWW! I hate that word!] Are we supposed to be like the creepy wives from that movie "The stepford wives?" If so, I refuse to become one!

Everytime he see's his children from the ex-wife I see that his heart misses his family. She has a live in man and they only speak when it comes to the children. Should I let his go until he is ready to fully submit to me or should I hold tight and let him go through this emotional rollercoaster. He says he doesn't want to be with his ex-wife, but when he see's his kid's he misses his family. HELP!!!!!! What do I do?

I didn't help her much, and now she says she needs to see if she still has feelings for me. She says she doesn't love me anymore and that we don't have what other couples have the closeness. She misses the hugging and kissing and cuddling and at one point even wondered if I really loved her. We slept in the same bed for 2 months before she finally moved out when her apartement was ready. Now that she is alone we share the kids boy 8 girl 10. She calls me for things that arent that important and we are like best friends when we talk. She requested that I let her make the first move, I want to respect that but how long should I wait. I think she is haveing a hard time being alone, because she is always hanging with her sister or her best friend and doesn't really go home except to sleep. We have been married 15 years but the last few its been all about the kids. She told her sister she knows Im a good guy and a great father but doesn't know why she feels this way. I love her and want her

Notice how I say "girls" cause that's what alot of you act like. Seriously, you need to learn that guys are visually stimulated (if you didn't know already) and many married guys get bored having sex with the same person over and over and over again. So porn is a refreshing change to see something different. At least he is just watching it instead of out cheating on you with the real thing. Why don't you join him while he watches it, it will get you both in the mood. Another reason guys wach porn is you are probably becoming unattractive to him, such as gaining weight or what not. So this is something you just need to learn to deal with, cause even steak and lobster get boring when you eat it every day. So it's time to grow up ladies and stop crying.

I'm sick of entertaining the crazy thoughts in my head: he's got a fetish for traffic jams, he's doing his quarterly burlesque show, he can only get hotdogs like that at that one joint on the north side, he's visiting the other family he adopted, say in Evanston, he's making rounds to the nursing home where he's written into the resident's wills? STOP THE INSANITY!! The best answer will be the one I PROMISE to stick with and just "let it go, man." And NO, before you ask he cannot explain to me where he disappears to. I've asked. Please know I am not loosing sleep over this. It is a mystery. We visit the south side and I think he's going over near Forest Park, Hillside and Oakbrook Terrace. We live 5.5 hours away, by the way.

Thanks. Peace. And don't be insulting, please. We got a good thang goin'.

I'm recovering from an illness, and I feel it has brought me and my wife closer together. I appreciate her more and I think we love each other more, if that was possible. Have you had an experience which has brought you closer to your spouse? Do we sometimes have to wait until we almost lose our lives or our loved ones to realize how much they mean to us?

I promised my husband a few months ago that I would give it up, and I did, till this past week. He and I had been fighting pretty badly about his behavior, so in a rebellious way I guess, I blew about $500. This puts us in a tight spot and he freaks when we're broke due to my spending. Of course, he can blow $300 in a week, but if I do, all hell breaks loose!

Unfortunately, I do not have the resources to get the $500 back into the bank, so I have to come up with a way to explain this. I feel terrible. He has a tendency to be quite hypocritical, so I'm really expecting to get blasted. Any suggestions?
