he says he thinks he has a medical condition, but refuses to seek help. i have remained faithful, but i am human, and i think that is unfair, for him to make this decision, to have a sexless marriage. i am in great shape and told that i am very pretty. so its not physical. i love him, but iam fustrated! what can i do? please help

He's either being stubborn, is hiding something, or is just plain selfish. I agree, it's very unfair and you've waited long enough. He needs to know this isn't just about him, and if you haven't told him how you feel (I'm guessing you have) he needs to know. Insist he see a doctor or counselor, and if he won't go, go yourself. There's all kinds of new medications that can help with dysfunctions, if that's his problem.

Assuming he's not cheating - and I wouldn't take that bet - then you're absolutely right that it unfair of him to banish you into a sexless marriage (a contradiction in terms as far as I'm concerned).
So I would tell him flat out, either he gets off his @ss and seeks the medical attention he thinks he needs, or you're off. And mean it. Life is too short to live without sex. Hell, it's one of the only things that makes life worth a damn - it ain't working and paying bills, that's for sure!

I am so very sorry you are having this problem. You need to somehow get him to the doctor. If he says he has a medical condition, how does he know it if he hasn't seen a doctor? Or refuses to get treatment? I am the same age as you, and I really and truly wish you all the best. I do hope this issue gets resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.

If you both love each other then the answer is to open your hearts and mind to the possibility of sharing each other with other attractive people. Either together or apart. It's really simple once you accept the issue as common sense and seperate from any religious convictions.

the opportunity of downs syndrome little ones does strengthen with age yet look on the stats. Its about 3%. meaning you've a ninety seven% probability of no longer ! there are quite some skill problems with having little ones at any age. i understand of many couples having little ones previous 40 and man or woman who had her first at age fifty 2. No issues!

There are alot of factors that can cause "medical problems"....or better known as erectile disfunction, ie., diabetes, high blood pressure, prostate.....many, many things. Ask him if he would go and get checked up......and offer to go with him. It is hard for a man to admit he has these problems, but if you sit down, and talk to him, be beside him through all of it, it would make it much easier on him.

Im so sorry ur havin this prob! I get snotty if we go w/o sex for a week. Somehow, Someway He should see a Dr.

Wow!! you need to either seek help from a marriage counselor or he should got the Doctor! NOW you said that he refuses to seek help but please let your husband know that this is common!!! not at such a Young age but its common!! so all the more he SHOULD get help!

Encourage him to see his family doctor,, and you talk to the doctor regarding this on your next appointment.
Knowledge is power in this situation and you should remind him that blood pressure problems, many medical things can cause this and he needs a physical and honest talk with his DR
