My mum passed away last year and she left a will in which I get one third of the share in her property. My brother too gets one third. My father who is divorced from my mum 4 years ago, he got a share in the property as well. My mum did not leave anything for him as they were divorced. Now the dilema is that as the property is in my fathers name, he has to sign in order for me to get the one third. However he is becoming very awkward and doesn't want to sign and doesn't want my name on the deeds. As for my brother his name is already on the deed when my mum was alive as he lives with them. I do not understand as it's over a year now, what to do. Could anyone who can understand my problem and probabably is in the legal side advise me what I could do to make my Father sign the property papers as this was my mums last wish and I respect her will. Thanks.
PS: Can I take my father to court of justice?, and will I win the case?

My boyfriend and I just got a place together 2 months ago and his brothers family moved in with us because they were homeless. They had their tax return to get a place and promised me they would get a place in 2 weeks. Well they are still unemployed and they spent all of their tax return money (house money). They help out with cleaning and food sometimes (with food stamps) but that is it. I dont want to kick them out on the street because they have kids and I dont want to ruwin my new relationship because I would be kicking his family out when they have no where else to go. Does anyone have any ideas?

My sister's ex-boyfriend was born in Denmark, but moved to Spain about a year ago,NOBODY has heard from him since.
He's known for getting into trouble and not being able to keep a job,but he has a child to take care of.
I never really cared to know him, because of his heartless and irresponsible actions towards my sister and my 4 year old niece.
My niece loves her daddy so much, after all,he is still her father even though he may not act like a father!
Now I am worried that my niece may not have any father any longer.
Is there any way that I can help my sister and my niece?

OK my bff invited me 2 go to FL with her and her family over spring brake. I’m not doing anythin 4 spring break!!!!! My mom says its not safe and I should be in scummy Georgia at home w/ my family doing ****!

another time she was bitchy was when she wouldn’t let me go to barnes and noble to read with my buddies. it all started because to pass my grade there has to be 25 books read. My friends and I wanted to read books like a book club together at barnes and noble! My mom said no its not safe cause we’d get stolen since we were alone! Now for the third situation: my friend has tickets for the fray’s concert. Her mom and dad R going and she needs to invite 3 friends. She invited me and my other friends and my mom said nooo because the sound is 2 loud! Isn’t she a *****????????

... threaten to cancel my hip-hop dance lessons (something that I work REALLY hard at and luv to do) if I forgot to turn in ONE SMALL homework assignment for this ENTIRE year, and am an A student, but they're punishing me by taking away my hard-worked-at, much loved dance lessons????

If you ask me, I think that it's really WRONG that they're doing this. I mean, punishment, i can sometimes agree with, but i don't understand why they can't just take something away from me like my T.V. or my ipod or my internet or something that i'm not basing my life on...( i really want to become a professional dancer), or take away something that won't matter but will still be a good punishment. That's what I don't get...

Parents, teens, people who are reading this, I just want to know your opinion of if what my parents is doing is bad or not. I REALLY care about my training for dance. I want to be really good at it.

i'm just confused...

I sometimes think my daughter is somewhat disrespectful, but usually I think my wife is the one who perpetuates the arguing. My wife is the one in control, and is the adult. If our daughter is doing something wrong, she shouldn't debate it indefinitely, but should resolve the issue either by dropping the argument or firmly but nicely requiring what she wants. I don't like these lengthy back and forth arguments where it's like a heated debate, and then usually my wife starts slamming around dishes and has a horrible expression on her face, and then after a few minutes my daughter goes to her room sniffling and crying. What should I think? What should I do? This has been going on for years. Like right now: after one of these argument sessions, my wife is now calling us to dinner. Really, I don't feel like eating.

There is no mortgage on their home. A mortgage would help for about 10-12 months if at 80% equity. I hate to send them to a nursing home, but that seems to be the only way our medicaid system works when the elderly are out of money. Any ideas????

with my not so well sister (she has epilepsy)? If she was in the Uk then I wouldn't even think twice before going to stay with her. But in Italy, it means I will have to depend on her on everything. I am 23 and I am doing ok in here (I have my own car, my own computer, I am paying my own rent, I go out when I please etc...) But If I go to Italy I will have to ask her for money to do anything, buy food, go out, anything.I am also living with my boyfriend for six months and we love each other. Please help me I don't know what to do.

He is 18 years old, and a total asshole. He calls his mom "the c word" and yells at her when he doesnt get his way. He has pushed her a few times, and over the summer he kicked my girlfriend and he got arrested for it. I had to restrain myself from beating the crap out of him when he came home the next morning, instead i brought her back to my house and she lived with us from july til february. My mom said she cant stay forever and in february suggested she go live with her grandparents. She was going to and then her brother said he doesnt want her to be afriad of him and he is sorry he hit her, and was acting nice to her. We were getting along fine, then one day he pissed his mom off by saying offensive stuff and she slapped his face, so he called the police on her. Then he was back to being a dick again. Now i guess he has been calmer for the past couple of weeks, but i dont know when he will flip again. It is inevitable he will again, any ideas?
