I do not think this is a reason to leave him. I think this is a reason to let him know that it took two to make them children, and he was one of the two. Sounds like he does not want the responsibility of having to watch the kids by himself. You need a rest, go lay down and tell him that he needs to keep an eye on the children, that your tired. If he says no, then tell him that it took two to tango, and he was one of the partners, and time he See's that his time alone with the children is not only good for the children but for him too.

Tell him he needs to share in the childcare, even if he works full time (his job maybe 40 or 50 hours a week, but childcare is 24/7!). So he needs to help put the kids to bed.

Seek marital counseling before you give up on the entire relationship - he might be more willing to work on problems if he knows the alternative is losing you entirely.

That's a lame excuse to ruin your family.
Does he work?
If so then yes, you should be on your toes caring for them.
If you can't and don't want to care for your own kids that's sad.
If he's too much trouble for you because he expects you to be mom I think you need to get some counseling.
You have obligations here.
NOW - if you work too and he's a dead beat when you get home - YOU BOTH need counseling.
Don't tear your kids world apart cuz one of you or both of you is too lazy here.
Seriously - we have tooooooo many messed up kids out there with parents who get divorced of DUMB things like this.
You loved him when you married him and you certainly loved him enouhg to play and have kids so what's different now?
