with my not so well sister (she has epilepsy)? If she was in the Uk then I wouldn't even think twice before going to stay with her. But in Italy, it means I will have to depend on her on everything. I am 23 and I am doing ok in here (I have my own car, my own computer, I am paying my own rent, I go out when I please etc...) But If I go to Italy I will have to ask her for money to do anything, buy food, go out, anything.I am also living with my boyfriend for six months and we love each other. Please help me I don't know what to do.

If she needs you to stay for help for her, then arrange help for her but not go yourself. You obviously do not want to. So if you arrange or help arrange the needed help, (even help pay for it) then maybe you can be useful to her that way.

who else does your sister have. you are young what has your parents said about this. are you the only family member that can help and can she live near you in your city instead. oh sounds like you have a job and you are in love, find someone in italy that can help her she must have some contacts there and offer to do other things to help her that don`t cost money or moving to Italy.

She cant be too unwell if she can travel around the countryside. Anyway its your mothers responsibility. U shouldnt have to interrupt your life if your partner is acceptable maybe she can stay with u.
