My son's father and much of his family have been drug addicts for years. I would like for our son, who is 1 and 1/2, to be with a family that are financially and emotionally ready for a child where the mother and father are together and happy. He wants to keep our son but doesn't want to stop spending all of his money on drugs. I know he won't change and he won't be the right role model. The legal system is in favor of keeping the child in the family and probably won't let himgo for adoption. I can't afford a lawyer and make too much to get one for free. I want my son raised away from his father without any contact...what do i do??

She dated this awful manipulative lying bastard for 5yrs. So he knows many intimate details of her life and takes advantage of her weaknesses. She finally got past him when he went to jail.

Now he's out and harrassing her until she agrees to be with him again. He'll do anything to get her, sic lawyers, blackmail, etc. She is going to let him do it! She won't fight it! She says I deserve this, I have nothing left, no one loves me, I don't want to be alone, might as well! WTF!!! I keep trying and she won't listen. She shouldn't have to do anything yet she is resigning herself to "die". I hate her for doing this.

She's a beautiful strong person with so much to offer to a good man. How can a good man come into her life if she won't try? How can I help when she won't take it? How do I make such a horrible devious man leave our lives?

I've thought about a restraining order but it won't work if she goes to him. This is very serious and causing great distress among my family.

Today after 8 + years of constant unasked for advice and critiscm I snapped and had words with my stepmother.
She has always helped me with my daughter for which I am grateful as it has allowed me to go to work knowing my child was safe and loved.
BUT every other day she has told me what I am doing wrong, when I should be doing something that I am disorganised, I shouldn;t do this etc. And all the time I have smiled and said ok.
My younger brother has left home and not returned because of this woman.
Today after she told me over the phone that I should not have got married and should not be having any more children I had had enough.
I went across to see her and told her that I appreciated and was grateful for everything she does for me with regards my daughter enough was enough and I could not stand any more of her "advice"
She then went off on one. I told her (calmly) that I should be allowed to voice my opinion as well. Huge row resulted - me calm her shouting.
Was I wrong?

My mother treats me and my children like crap. Meaning put down, never a kind word alway has to belittle us. As for my sister and brother it's totally different, they are treated like a king and queen and their children. My mother is two faced, talk with you then talk about you. Mother is suppose to be a Christian, well she goes to church. Guess the devil can go to church also. How can you respect a person when they treat you so mean? In the Bible it says that we are to honor our father and mother. How can you honor someone that is mean to you. These put downs have been going on for over 50 years. I love my mother, and don't know what it's like to have a mothers love. I believe in my heart that my mother hates me. Why, because she has made statements to me that made me wish I had never been born.
Today she hurt me again. Today I've decided to never have anything to do with her again.

i am 16, i have a brother that is 13, he is the worlds bigest brat. he crys like a 3 year old when he does not get his way, he never does what he is told, the only chore he has in the house (that is his and only his, some times we ask him to do other things and he wont) is to keep the laundry going (a family of 6 has a lot of laundry), he is mean to his little sister all the time. my parents dont care any more, they used to try to make him obeyand stop but they gave up over a year ago. i have tryed to talk to them and they just wont do any thing about him. i am 16, i have a job, get much better grades, am a teen leader (in church, 4-H, 4-H garden club, AWANA, ect), i cook a lot for the family, i have awards for my cooking on the state level, i clean the house, i do alost every thing, (my older bro helps out when he is not at work but other than that i do every thing around the house), all while he sits on his butt waching tv. and i cant do any thing about it. help????

I caught my man mastabating to porn on the net at 5am in the morning before work I know that he does this regulary as he deletes the history but does not click off.I was deguisted in how engrossed he was. He did not even know that i was standing there for how long.I went and shut a door loudly.I am defiantly the more sexually active one each night he tells me he s tired.to many early mornings see!Is this normal?

I have a twin sister and when we go out we are called the twins and i hate it .guys think of usa as a 2 4 1 and they really trip when they find out we r black n korean. i like goin out and hate when people ask where is the other twin people always get us mixed up all the time how can i get them to stop

Mine has to be my 21st b/d. My mom surpised me by coming to my apartment while I was at work and cooking all of my favorite foods for my b/d. When I came home from work she was waiting in the kitchen for me with this huge meal. It was the best b/d ever to me.

what do you do when your 10 year old sister tells people that they are ugly,screams at the top of her lungs in an apartment complex,washes her hands after she touches Anything!!(and if she doesnt , she stuffs her hands in your face) 'till they're raw, threaten's people when they dont give her what she wants or dont do something the way she wants them to do it,is mean to animals, and doesnt do anything that she's told.
PLEASE!! i need advice on how to stop her!! she's been to therapy and that didnt do any good.

Should a teenager pay for their own four year college education?

Or if the parents wants to pay for their child four year college degree should they?

Or should the parents pay for the four year college degree after their child has finish college?

The teenage works and has been working for the last 3 years.
