Ask her if you can help to make it easier for her so that she does have time..............do some chores, etc. How often do you go shopping. Parents do have a lot of responsibilities. Maybe you could set up a fixed schedule with her when you can go to the mall shopping twice a week....or something like that. See if you can't come to a compromise by helping her out too.

Well plan a day out w/ friends and just have one of your moms drop you off at the mall and another mom pick you up (isn't better shoping w/ friends anyway) just plan the time of pick up and where you'll meet. And you should be fine.

Great suggestions all... but based on the fact that YOU couldn't come up with any of these suggestion ON YOUR OWN... maybe you're TOO YOUNG to be shopping.

Be considerate of her and respect that she doesn't have the time. Shopping isn't exactly critical...can't you wait until she can fit it in on another day?
